I made a reservation - stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes without anyone approaching my party. Left because we assumed that was the level of service we’d receive. I’ll try another time because the menu looked good.

Great space, good service. The apps were really good (calamari and devil eggs) and we all liked our drinks. One really big issue, which is why it gets three stars is that I ordered the NY strip steak medium rare. And what was served was a well done flank steak over mashed potatoes. I’m not sure if that’s just what they call a NY strip or if they didn’t have any strip steaks so they thought to pass a flak steak covered in sauce as a strip. I ate half of it because I’m too polite and it was my birthday and I didn’t want to bring down the celebratory vibe of my table. But couldn’t finish even half of it. So, only complaint was that dish but it was a big miss.

Ashief is the best waiter and bartender I’ve had in Manhattan. My girlfriend and I travel here often and we’ll be back to the Four Points Sheraton, specifically The Bellhop restaurant because of him. Premium mixologist, conversationalist, and caring and kind human being.

Food was decent but not great. However it's what I expected for spending less than $30 in NYC. Service was horrible. We were the only ones in the restaurant and still it took them forever to bring her food and they never brought our dessert so we ended up not getting it. They also messed up our orders the first time.

This experience was terrible. One of the worst I have had in my dinning history. The waiter was extremely rude. He would have a visible dissatisfied expression with any every request made. Advised me that red wine is not served in wine glasses but in the serving glass that it is poured from the bottle in. Refused to give me a wine glass even when myself and companions pointed out other guests with wine glasses!

Fast, tasty reasonably priced lunch. This restaurant is in the lobby of the Four Points Sheraton. The french dip came with a nice thick au jus (one of the best I've had). The service was good although we were the only ones in the restaurant. I've eaten here before the change in management, and the decor and food has clearly become slightly more upscale. The only critique is that the restaurant is immediately next to the hotel lobby's automatic doors - which is normally fine but yesterday temperature (17 deg F) made the space a little drafty. Otherwise, a good place for a quick bite.

We had dinner around 4:30pm and the restaurant was not busy but the waitress consistently struggled to manage. This was after numerous occasions of reiterating our order, our starters came after our mains. The 4 drinks we ordered came later, our order was delivered to the adjacent table. Due to allergies (Gluten & Seafood) we asked a few questions related to the preparation of the Chicken wings & Caesar salad to ensure not breaded or any anchovies used. The waitress had no clue and could not articulate our ask to the chef. I think this hugely was attributed to the language barrier of the waitress.
