    Really enjoyed it, Bewleys is so nice staff are very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The Christmas sandwich was amazing would highly recommend ☺️🎄

    The whole experience, from pre-booking to arrival to the seat offered, the ambience and the food was wonderful. One small disappointment: for nostalgia's sake (I was regular customer from the mid-70s to the late-80s), I ordered a cherry bun. Sadly, it was not quite the same as in the old days (the newest offer is stickier, darker) and the experience was a bit deflating after all the anticipation. Oh well, I won't be ordering the cherry bun again.

    Well worth booking a table in advance... We came directly from the Gaiety panto , 2 adults and 2 children... We had no wait, a gorgeous table beside the fire was waiting for us. Beautiful surroundings , lovely staff. Delicious food mostly just one of our group ordered a goat's cheese salad and received stale mixed leaves which spoiled an otherwise tasty dish. The prices were moderate to high for lunch and the Irish coffees were a little pricey at €12 each. But overall we all enjoyed our visit to Dublin's landmark cafe on Grafton Street.

    The staff are very pushy and I felt rushed and felt obliged to tip . The food is way over priced Avocado on 1 piece of sourdough was 15.00 .

    Love staff and v pleasant, however the quality of food was below average and for a hefty cost which Its not justifiable. €80 for 2 sandwiches (nothing special about them), 2 glasses of wine, 2 desserts and 2 barely tepid coffees. Definitely not value for money. I won't go back and would discourage anybody wasting their money there.

    We had booked a place and upon arrival were immediately seated. But the restaurant was so full that the cooks had difficulty getting the orders done to a high standard. The soup served was lukewarm. The lunch just average. If it wasn't for Niamh, who served us and warned us of the delays and exchanged the soup and was very helpful throughout, the experience wouldn't have been very enjoyable. So well done to Niamh! It was extremely noisy as well. I would recommend Bewleys Cafe, but not during a very busy season.

    Im not usually one to complain, but I strongly recommend steering clear of Bewley’s at the moment. We had a booking but they didn’t have a table for us when we landed in. Once seated we were informed there’s a new menu on which they’re allowed to make very few changes. We just wanted eggs on toast (not available without jalapeños and feta that aren’t removable) and would have left if not that they’d already made us wait 30-40 minutes and taken our coffee orders by the time we found this out. They over charged us and rang us up wrong on the system twice, the second time I just let them go because the servers seemed so upset and frazzled. It seems like the point of sale system didn’t have the new menu so they were trying to make up a similar price and hoping no one would notice the line items were all wrong. The team were clearly doing their best with a horrible situation. It was loud, we were crammed at a terrible wobbly table, it was cold. I wouldn’t fault service but I’d say management need to have a long hard look at themselves because that was a nightmare service and I was the only being served. I can not imagine the poor workers days in there. Our food was hot, the server was kind, the whole set up was horrible and I wouldn’t go there again. I’ve told our family who usually visit Bewley’s a few times at Christmas too, they aren’t impressed with the change of pace.

    We came over to Dublin for the day from Birmingham to celebrate my nieces 18th birthday. When I booked the table I put this information in the booking form where stated, nothing was said or done, so not sure why you ask to fill that part in. Food was lovely but not hot, but the service and our server was amazing.

    Very poor choice of kids food . Inflexibility with what was on the menu. Food was delayed for one person in the party and overcooked. Wouldn’t visit again.

    Had afternoon tea and we were very disappointed. The food was ok, cakes were all very similar tasting basically of sugar. Ambience was poor, I would expected that anyone booking afternoon tea experience would be in a separate section but you aren’t and there was 2 families with loud kids sitting either side of us. The only positive was the service was excellent, server was lovely. Afternoon tea wasn’t good value for money at all at €49 per person. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. It was a shame as my mum( the other guest) used to love Bewleys

    Travelled from Kerry to Dublin, starting a new Christmas tradition with my Mother who lived in Kildare. We booked Bewleys on Grafton Street for lunch. From the minute we walked through the door we were treated like we were the only people there. Despite being very busy we were brought to our table promptly, seated 10 minutes before our booked time. Our server Kaitlin C was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about everything from food to drinks. We ordered the Christmas sandwich on her recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. It was divine! We had ordered 2 gin cocktails but unfortunately they weren’t available at that time, so Kaitlin recommended 2 red wines that went perfectly with our food order. Afterwards we had Black Forest Gateaux with homemade ice cream and a pot of tea each. This was also delicious. I f I could give 20/10 for our experience I would! It was totally enjoyable and worth the trip up on the train for. We will definitely be back again next year for our Christmas tradition to be repeated.

    Nice welcome, but a very small table for 6. Tea with scones was good. Could improve quality of jam as it is served in plastic cubes 😞. Overall ok but could improve.

    A very cute and well-decorated restaurant. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Downside, the food isn’t as good as it appears and the cost seems to be on the high side.

    Despite arriving early and people waiting for tables, I was seated 10 minutes prior to my reservation time. I ordered the Hen Egg Royale and coffee. The coffee arrived immediately and the food arrived not even 10 minutes later- probably more like 5 minutes. Both were hot, fresh and delicious. Even with the quick service, I was never rushed. The staff were very friendly. The cost was also very reasonable, especially given the great quality. I would definitely return here.

    Make sure to book in advance if you can-Highly recommend. Food was great, great selection annd choices for everyone and staff were on the ball. We had a dog which was also catered for. Restaurant is so clean.

    Had a lovely Irish breakfast with my son, the food was delicious and the service very attentive and polite. Nice relaxed ambience to the place with warm and welcoming staff.

    My husband and I very much enjoyed our experience at Bewley's. It is such a lovely place and the food was very nice as well. My husband definitely enjoyed is Hot Chocolate. The taste and the presentation was wonderful!

    They made we wait 15 minutes just to inform me that I can't order food.

    We had a tour change the time on us, which meant needing to modify our reservation and the Cafe was very accommodating. We ended up going for breakfast before our tour and it was the perfect start to the day. We enjoyed our pastries and granola and a mocha and a hot chocolate. The stained glass windows are charming and the cafe has a fun atmosphere.
