   The food lacked flavor which was a major disappointment Also, my wife wanted a small glass of wine but was told if she wanted that wine, she must take the larger size. I can’t understand if the larger was available, why the small one was not. Server was not very friendly nor attentive as the other staff in the hotel

   Le service du serveur principal était très bon, mais ceux qui l'assiste c'est pourri. On m'a servi une salade césar, j'ai demandé plus de parmesan je ne l'ai jamais reçu de la personne à qui j'ai demandé. On a demandé des couteau à steak pour couper notre viande, la personne qui nous les a servi nous a dit qu'il n'y en avait plus. Dans ces deux cas c'est le serveur principal qui nous a apporté ce qui était demandé. Sur quatre plats. trois ont été servi en même temps, Le quatrième plat a été reçu après dix minutes et tiède. Deux plats ont été mélangé, un servi avec des frites et une patate au four. L'autre avec juste des légumes. On a du s'arranger à la table pour corriger le tout. Le temps de service a été plus que long. Trois tablés arrivées après nous ont été servies avant nous. Facture 347$. Le serveur principal est venu s'excuser à trois reprises pour ce qui s'est passé. Pas question qu'on retourne manger à ce restaurant

   Malgré une réservation à l’avance, nous avons reçu un très mauvais service. 30 minutes après notre arrivée, le serveur est venu nous voir pour la première fois à savoir si nous voulions un drink. Le burger trop cuit. Rapport qualité prix, très décevant.

    Very convenient restaurant location if staying at the hotel. Reservations strongly recommended. Service was slow however the kitchen was accommodating to our dietary needs. Live music adds a nice touch to ambiance.

    Wonderful service. Food was delicious!!! Did not care for the cucumber gazpacho as it should be called cream of cucumber soup, not chunky at all but we are from the South so maybe cultural.

    The location is very convenient but unfortunately the experience was not what we’d expected. Beer glass arrived with a big chip in the rim, the coffee was good but the small cup was half full. The worst part was the water in the carafe for tea was just lukewarm.

    Our waiter was great. Very attentive. Caesar salad was under dressed and under seasoned, fries were over cooked, steak was good. Bread pudding was fine. Hostess was cold.

    Our server Onofrio was the best! He made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was the star . I ordered the chicken and it was sublime. The entrees were also wonderful. Pricey in the end but food was very good overall.

    C’est difficile de trouver un restaurant plus ordinaire à tout point de vue! Assiettes ternes et aliments secs, le supposé pouding chômeur était en fait un pouding au pain, un serveur qui se traînait les pieds et qui s’est presque pas occupé de nous, longue attente avant qu’on vienne nous offrir l’apéritif…. Et pas donné du tout!!!

    Our first time. Found the service fair. Perhaps it was too busy. Things took a little too long for a high end resto. One of the chicken wings was still cold inside. The cesar salad and saumon where good, but nothing to write home about. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience, but for a high end resto, it does seem bland. I would recommend nonetheless because we all have had off nights. This could have just been one of them.

    We arrived from Halifax for a quick stop overnight on our way to Cuba. Easily booked our reservation online and indicated it was our anniversary. We had an amazing meal with a complimentary glass of champagne. It was top-notch food and service. We will definitely be back. The best French Onion Soup I've ever had in my life!!

    We enjoyed two meals at this wonderful restaurant at the Montreal airport. Lunch before a trip, and dinner on the way back out. On both occasions we had excellent service, and the food was delicious. The staff clearly take great pride in their work and extra care with their customers. This restaurant made our time spent at the airport quite enjoyable!

    Buffet è la hauteur de nos attentes. L'ambiance était agréable même si la musique n'était pas trop top mais è l'image du public du jour qui était charmant. Service correct et disponible bien que nous soyons arrivés à une heure tardive. Merci encore. pour la variété culinaire le coût était de loin meilleur à ce qui était offert ailleurs.

    I took my mother for Christmas supper. We both ordered the filet mingon with beranaise sauce and french fries. It was supposed to be AAA Angus. The steaks were cooked right but the meat was so tough. I don't think it was angus. The beranaise sauce had turned and we got scallopped potatos instead of fries. We had to ask for a new sauce and fries. We never did get any bread with our dinner. We finished with cappucinos which came luke warm and no sugar. I had to go ask the bar for sugar. Will not be going back again. We were really hoping for a nice meal here but were really disappointed. This place is good for birgers and drinks at best.

    The service is fast and friendly however I wasn't asked how my food was and my hamburger was burnt. Also I had several servers and wasn't sure who was looking after me. I told one server that my hamburger was burnt (charred) and she said it was the law in Quebec to cook meat well done. Burnt isn't well done.

    As the ONLY venue to have a sit down quiet dinner with a bottle of wine before sending family off on a late night flight, I would recommend it because of the setting which has both a bar-ish side and a restaurant side. Either side has its mood and both are relaxed and enjoyable (and not too noisy, but then hotel restaurants are often more quiet then the trendier alternative, which is Great!). As for food, I would recommend the basics...I had the Cobb salad and it was not quite delicious and not bad either...the tuna tartar was the same. I'm not sure either these dishes convinced me to try their fancier and seasonal menu which is as pricey as fancy Montréal restaurants. The service was more of the same : the gentleman was not rude, but not polite either; no eye contact and only the necessary verbal contact. It was a Sunday night, not crowded at all, so hard to justify. So, yes, I would go back without a doubt but really, If I had a choice, I would try an alternative.
