Ordered the prime rib special. Asked for it to be cooked medium. When I received the meal it was well done. When I could finally get the attention of the server, I asked for a new piece of prime rib, done medium not well done. It took about 15 minutes to get the prime rib and by that time the person I was eating with had already finished her meal. The server said he had talked to the manager and they would comp the meal, but when we received our bill, we were not comped. We asked the server about this and he said that it was the replacement meal that was being comped. That makes no sense. Why would we get charged for a third meal when it was their mistake? Additionally, the asparagus was undercooked . Overall not a good experience.

Was sat a few minutes before reservation was set to. Didn’t do waitlist because we knew it would be busy and reservation was best choice. Service was great, food was fast and delicious and they even put a candle on the birthday pizookie. Had us in and out in about an hour which is great for a Friday!
