    Must of been busy with new staff. Took an hour and a half to get dinner once our order was taken. Food was cold and over seasoned.

    First, the waitress was wonderful. Food service was great. The problem was with the hostesses and management. We waited 25minutes past our reservation time, 10 min of which were waiting for the waitress that would be assigned to our table to get off break which is a management issue in my opinion. The hostesses were apathetic at best. They ignored my husband when he was trying to check in for the reservation, which could be an honest mistake but when he made a comment, it seemed to set them off into mean girl mode. Again, 25min past reservation time is super unacceptable. We did have a larger party (8) but I’ve never experienced that long of a delay, especially paired with the unprofessional behavior at the hostess stand. Kudos to the waitress who was clearly overloaded but still treated our table with grace.

    First, I received a called that went to my voicemail. I called back close to 1 hour before our reservation time. The restaurant asked if I’d be okay with a 8-person booth. At first I was hesitant not sure if they wanted to put us into a tight booth. But I accepted the booth. We arrived at 6:31pm. The booth was not ready. The hostess showed me the booth because I mentioned I was concerned with the size. The hostess mentioned our booth was still dirty and needed to be cleaned and set up. We finally go seated about 6:50pm. After that, we waited another 10 minutes and I finally asked one of the passing servers was she our server. She said no but would get our server for us. After that every went clock work. And we received all requested drinks and food on time. The initial server (woman) and last server (man) must have switched off midway. We did not get notified of the initial server going on break or at the end of shift. So, we I was tipped, I gave cash to the last server. Hopefully he shares the tip with the initial server.

    We had reservations at 6 didn’t get seated till 20 minutes after we had to keep asking for our table we kept getting ignored when we finally sat down the waitress did not come to our table for another 15-20 mins .. no one asked us if we even wanted water or anything we just sat there looking around for a server when she finally came she took our order our food arrived timely but we did not get any of our condiments or napkins we have a 5 year old with us so napkins were definitely needed my husband had to get up and look for someone to get us what we wanted. Service definitely needs to addressed at this place from management.

    The food is always good at this BJ's location. However, the service is very slow. We went on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was not packed. It still took at least 5-10 minutes for a service to come to our table and another 10 minutes just to get our drinks (waters and sodas). It then took another 10-12 minutes for the server to take our food orders. Our food was not delivered for another 30-35 minutes. So, now it's been an hour since we arrived at the restaurant. Two of the people in our party ordered the meal that came with a pazookie. It took at least 15 minutes after we had finished eating for the server to take our pazookie orders and then another 15-20 minutes to get our pazookies. So, we were there way too long

    We meet family here because it’s halfway between us. Our experience was great, except that the server seemed to be in a hurry. I’m sure they’re trying to get as many tables served as they can, so I don’t necessarily mind, but we do like to take our time after driving for an hour and a half to eat there. Food is always good, and I know the server had no idea we had driven that far to eat there, so not her fault. She was a good waitress.
