Great food, service and of course, pizookies were great! Highly recommend. My favorite is the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. So good! It was a great birthday place, everyone got their own brand of pizookie.

The hostess confirmed that I had a reservation. My party was on time. The hostess stated that we had to wait 40 minutes. I reminded her that I had a reservation and she said that it was policy. I have been making reservations at restaurants for over 30 years. My party has been seated on time almost every time, but never more than about 10 minutes later. This is the first restaurant that I have ever had this experience. This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode about taking reservations, but not keeping them.

The food was good and felt adequate for the price. The server was so unfriendly that it did take away from the experience. She spilled water all over the table but didn’t apologize. It wasn’t a big deal but an apology would have been appropriate.

Even though we had reservations, had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to get seated. GREAT WAITER! Music too loud, otherwise great food!

Appetizers were really good. Burger sliders were as well. I think the only thing we were crazy about was the Philly. It was not hot and the beef didn’t taste fresh.

Overall good. They initially wanted to put our party at a table we would not have fit comfortably, but after working with the manager we had a great evening, our service was great, turned out well!
