Another great dinner and sorry they will be wrapping up 12/31/25. They will be sorely missed but the memories will never be forgotten!

Phenomenal restaurant which we have enjoyed for 20 years. A major loss to the Philadelphia and Conshohocken area that Chip Roman is moving on. As usual, totally scrumptious, great service, great pace and appropriately priced. We love Blackfish!!.

It had been too long since our last dinner at Blackfish, and once I read Chip was closing the restaurant at the end of the year I immediately grabbed a reservation. They didn’t disappoint (as usual) and we had a delicious meal. We ordered the shaved Brussels sprouts salad, the beet salad and the scallop crudo for our starters and they were all excellent. For our main course we opted for the halibut and the Cape May sea bass - beautifully prepared and delicious. We saved room for dessert and so glad we did. Congratulations to Chip, his family and entire team for a wonderful legacy they are leaving behind. All their hard work made a difference. We wish them continued success and happiness in their future endeavors.

We were there 20 years ago when they opened and will be there for the last day too. The restaurant, Chip, Veronica, Karla and all the staff will be really missed. With the best food and service, anywhere in the Philly area, there will never be any restaurant like Blackfish. Best wishes everyone, and lots of love.

Blackfish has remained consistently excellent for the last twenty years, and we will miss every aspect of this neighborhood gem.
