Generally excellent. Perhaps service was a little bit rushed with table being cleared almost as soon as cutlery was laid down but regardless of that the overall experience was first class.

Out for an evening meal with my wife and parents, returning customers and never disappointed. Service always very efficient and food to die for. Always a busy restaurant when we go but we never feel cramped or rushed. Highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit :)

We love dining here, visit often and are never disappointed with our meals or the friendly service. Wine is expensive but it is a hotel so that is to be expected I guess. Was very busy but still we were very well attended to. A bit of noise from foyer but that was due to a wedding and guests arriving for evening etc.

The service was very very slow considering the place was not that busy when we arrived the starters came out about 40 mins after arriving and our mains were over an hour from arrival - only 2 had starters. We had to constantly get hold of someone for drinks orders and no one checked if our meal/ everything was ok. I have been using the park hotel since it opened and the service last night in blues was not enticing. Having been in earlier in the day at the pavilion where the service is excellent both for drinks/ coffees/ food I was rather disappointed in blues

Excellent meal for our wedding. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. We were surprised with a bottle of prosecco for our meal and my daughter even receiving a fruit shoot to be included. Staff also arranged a beautiful dessert board for us after our meal. We really appreciated everything. Thank you to everyone especially Laura Evans who looked after us the full night, so she was very attentive and made iur night extra special.

Excellent service from the minute we arrived till the moment we left, a credit to your staff. The menu was wide and varied and all meals we ordered were excellent in flavour and a very generous portion size. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone as a must try when spending time in Kilmarnock

I eat here quite frequently. On this occasion, it was quite noisy, there was a wedding reception upstairs and some of the children from the wedding were screaming in the hotel foyer. This could be heard in the restaurant. That said, the food, as usual, was good and service fine too.
