    The host (a wonderful lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) gave us such a warm welcome the moment we walked in. Our waiter, Sang, was hands down the best server we’ve had during our trip to Houston. He was incredibly attentive, efficient, and genuinely made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing. I was born and raised in Korea, and I can honestly say Bori serves some of the most authentic Korean food I’ve had in the U.S. In fact, a few of the dishes were even better than what I’ve had back in Korea. The restaurant itself is beautiful and elegant. We ordered the Galbi Tang and Bulgogi from the lunch menu, and the value was incredible. They even offered unlimited refills of the banchan, and everyone was so kind that we almost felt guilty asking for more! We will absolutely be coming back. Bori is simply perfect in so many ways, and I can’t recommend it enough.

    Quality of cuts were top tier. Flavor and taste profile of the meats were great, and ambiance was nice, not loud at all. Appreciate the server cooking the meats for us, and bringing out a birthday cake. Found it difficult/awkward to talk when server was always present cooking the meats but understand the trade off to ensure cuts were cooked properly. Key takeaways: Pricing was very high, and found it awkward to talk however cuts were delicious.

    Hosted a pre-wedding dinner. The family and friends were first time diners at Bori. Wait staff were attentive and made excellent menu choices with happy hour items. Seafood pancake and pan fried dumplings were exceptional. Fantastic evening!
