   Myself and 4 friends booked for bottomless brunch a month in advance and rang to confirm the date and that the booking was for bottomless bunch. On arrival we were asked if we were there for brunch or bottomless brunch and subsequently given the bottomless brunch menus and brought to our table. A few minutes later a staff member came over and took back all of the menus saying they weren’t actually serving bottomless brunch on that day. There was no apology or sympathy for the miscommunication and the staff were blunt and rude leaving to us leaving altogether. We were extremely disappointed as we wouldn’t have gone there if we weren’t told on the phone that we could avail of the bottomless brunch offer on that specific day.

   Booked a table for 9pm via open table, but the chef was closing the kitchen at the time. I felt lucky they served us and allowed us to have a meal. I felt a little rushed but the food was nice and staff were friendly. I would definitely go again but an earlier time slot.

   Main and dessert was fantastic Starter not great, salad leaves tasted dry a d gone off. Quite a few menu items missing and out stock (pizzas, tiramisu) What we ordered for mains were lovely though Chicken Supreme and Rib Eye Steak Granny's Smith Apple Tarr perfect dessert at the end. Loved the decor of the restaurant and atmosphere. Minor criticism, the toilet for the restaurant is in the hotel lobby, when I found it the door was locked so needed to find a staff member to input a code, the code was then put in on the door handle which seemed odd but once inside the main bathroom you could lock that door meaning anyone inside could lock themselves in and stop anyone else from using the toilets

   Service is horrendous, had to flag down staff multiple times. They seated us and left us sitting there for 20 minutes before we physically got up and asked someone to take our drinks order, took another 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Loads of staff on but all standing around chatting to each other rather than paying attention to customers. Food was average, poached eggs were cooked all the way through and portions on the small side for the brunch menu. Weren't asked how everything was when paying (despite being visibly unhappy).     The staff were lovely and accommodating but the service was extremely slow. We waited an hour for our starters to come, one of which was only a salad. The starters were decent enough and the house cocktail was nice. The main took about 20 minutes to come which isn't bad, but we had no drinks while we waited. No one came to check on our table to take our orders or refill our water. I felt the waiter was purposely avoiding eye contact. The mains were far from appetising. The beef was far too rare and chewy and the prawns in the seafood spaghetti were spongey. Overall we were very disappointed.

    Nice place with pleasant ambiance, however I wouldn't return until food gets better. Had the special menu, started with caprese which was good (focaccia too puffy for my taste), but really disappointed in the steak, which came white (wasn't asked how I like it either). Had tiramisu for dessert which was dry, unfortunately. My partner had the cheesecake, which had ice cream with ice crystals.

    We absolutely love the food, cocktails, décor & ambience in the Botanical. It has a real chill out vibe. One area that could be improved is the service. While the staff are friendly enough & we do appreciate that we dont feel rushed, theres just not enough attention paid to customers (ie. when you need another drink or when water needs to be replaced). We are looking forward to returning & I definitely recommend the Japanese Style Haddock, it’s delicious 😋

    I loved the spiced beans, but everything that was ordered was delicious. A great place to have breakfast if you are hungry, especially the hot breakfasts as they are huge.

    I loved it here! One of the better value bottomless brunch experiences I’ve had! There was an initial delay with getting our first drink but they allowed us to stay a little longer to make up for it! The food was lovely but my only critique is that I had a veggie option and the portion size was tiny compared to the non veggie brunch! Was literally one slice of toast with some beans and an egg! Had to order a side with it to bulk it out a bit! The manager David came to chat to us and ask for feedback as we had experienced a delay with service when we first arrived which I thought was a really nice touch! The place itself is lovely and it had the nicest vibes, a proper little hidden gem! Will 100% be back to try out the bottomless supper!

    Food took a long time to arrive for a party of 4 at a time which certainly did not appear to be busy. Parts of each person's order arrived at various times. when eventually everyone's order was on the table it was not great at all, quite basic, bland, luke warm and overall, mediocre at best. First time here although the party of 4 work close by and certainly the last time for food.

    It was a very enjoyable experience, the food was delicious, the roast breast of chicken with the black rice was amazing! I would definitely have again. The waitresses were lovely and very attentive. However the bar man could have been better, he was more interested in chatting up a girl than serving myself and another gentleman that were at the bar. Thankfully one of the waitresses was there to do it for him. I can’t remember her name but she is from Argentina. Lovely girl. Overall I would give it a 9/10 and would most certainly return again.     Met a friend for lunch in this new hotel. Decor is outstanding. Service was excellent. Menu a little limited but it was lunchtime. The food was very tasty & well presented. Worth a visit.

    If you're looking for a quiet meal in quirky and stylish surroundings this is the place for you. The service was efficient and friendly, the food was beautifully presented and delicious. If you're staying at Dublin One I would recommend you treat yourself by having at least one meal here.

    Great choice for breakfast. Very attentive waiting staff, did not have to ask for refills of coffee, they came automatically to ask. Great choice for vegetarians & vegans which was great to see. Please thank the team.

    Food was incredible, booked at 9, was told after giving my order at 10 past 9 that the kitchen was closing we'd have to get our starters and mains sent at once.. First drink, two whiskeys, took 15 minutes to come out and during the meal, we couldn't get the attention of the three wait staff cleaning one table behind us. The table next to us waited the entirety of our meal before their 4 drinks arrived and when we asked for the bill, we were left waiting for another 15 minutes. We paid and left. The food is a credit to the place, but staff could be more attentive and bit more quick.

    Love this place but every time I have been the service has been shocking. It’s a shame because the food and place is very nice. Last night we went for my mothers birthday and had stated it was for a birthday when we booked. Anytime we needed drinks or something for the table we had to actually leave the table to find a waiter. After our mains, we were left sitting with our empty plates in the table for nearly an hour and there were no waiters to be seen. When they eventually cleared, we weren’t offered a dessert menu so had to go to the bar to ask for one where we were told we can’t have dessert because the kitchen was now closed. This was extremely frustrating as we were there for a birthday and my mother had been looking forward to a dessert. Don’t think we will be returning.

    Went for food after work. Ordered chicken wings for a starter they were delicious but it all went down hill after that. Ordered a drink and didn’t come till just before our main. Our waiter was not the best, had to ask him everything 2-3 times, (they were not busy the restaurant was empty, only 5 tables occupied) Asked him for sauce he didn’t come back, asked again and he said no we don’t have any. Same again when we asked for a steak knife. We needed something as both our mains were very dry. I got steak and my partner got the beef. Overall the starters: lovely, the mains: a let down and so was the service.
