We were seated upstairs and there was a terrible draft up there. It was cold with the door open. Drinks took a while to get to us but food took slightly over 1 hour. They apologised and said they’d sort something with the bill. Which they didn’t and it was easier to leave than make a fuss. The chips were definitely reheated at least once some of them were really hard. Burgers were good. Chicken wings weren’t hot just medium temperature. I understand they were down chefs in the kitchen. However prehaps they should have stopped the Deliveroo orders in preference to seated diners, or maybe shouldn’t have seated so many at the same time. Let the kitchen catch up.

Food great as always and staff were very friendly. Only scoring down because it took near an hour to be served our meal. The staff seemed under pressure and could definitely have benefitted from an extra set of hands or two.

Myself and 2 friends ate here Monday night for the second time in the last 3 months. The food is excellent and drinks menu also, but on both occasions we have been cold. Other guests on Monday night were also cold, they seem very short of heating which isn’t good when people come in from the cold especially at this time of year.
