I made a reservation through Open Table for Bravo’s in Livonia. I received a confirmation , a reminder email and this feedback form. This was for a birthday dinner. When we got to the restaurant, it was dark and there was a sign that said PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!! How could Open Table not know this???? Very, very embarrassing!!

The Livonia location is permanently closed, but we were allowed to make reservations here for some reason. We had to drive to Rochester Hills instead, where we did have a good meal.
