Bread & Bones
Lovely meal. Menu varied and interesting. I am on a very restrictive diet at the moment but still found plenty to choose from.
Good gf options. It was quiet after Christmas but still great food. €62 for 4 so good value. No kids menu but offered at half portion which was perfect size.
I really love this place. It's cool and casual, but the food is great (and cheap!), and the cocktails are excellent. It's really super!
I had a birthday dinner at the restaurant for 14 people. The service was excellent and the staff were welcoming, extremely friendly and very accommodating. It was a wonderful evening!
Food was revolting...processed chicken...was it all bought from musgraves? NEVER going again.. i.was violently ill afterwards
We had a lovely evening with friends in Bread and Bones.
We got a warm welcome and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Our coeliac friend was well very happy too.
1st visit to Bread & Bones, certainly did not disappoint! Great service, cool vibe, epic food!!
I booked quite last minute for a large group and they were able to accomdate me with no issues at all, were very patient while waiting for everyone and provided incredible quality service. Special shoutout to the girl who served us who kept ABBA playing while we ate!
Tasty food with a few unusual options! Very good cocktails and good service.
Excellent food, great burger and great value. Definitely recommend to anyone passing by.
Tasty burgers but a bit overdone, but really enjoyed the fries. Good value food and drinks for a casual meal.
Best Burgers in Dublin. Great Restaurant. Staff very friendly and professional.
My husband and I ate at Bread and Bones during a weekend break in Dublin. There was a wide range of burgers on offer and even though our Living Social voucher included a cocktail we were offered wine or a beer if we preferred. Service was great and the meal was worth the price of the voucher; I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay full price.
Had vouchers,if id been paying full price i would have complained. A friendly hostess greeted us & took our vouchers. The waitress who served us was ditzy but in part due to their ridiculous ordering system. We ordered a selection of starters, non-alcoholic drinks & moved onto the mains. Took forever . She hadnt been advised we had vouchers & said she would have to place 2 seperate orders - one for items not on the voucher, the other for voucher items. We were only started on our starters when she came over with the mains, crowding them onto the table, i had to put some of the starter food on the same plate as main to make room. Now, the food. Starters-popcorn chicken, pieces of mishapen, underseasoned chicken, in no way related to popcorn chicken, greyish lumps with a light undercooked coating like cornmeal, not crispy and overpriced at 6.95. Chicken lettuce taco - tasted delicious but in no way mexican related, overpriced at 8.95. Chicken wings - deep fried, bordering overcooked with a bare drizzle of hot sauce. The fries were tasty & hot. The burgers were all lukewarm with cheese not melted & buns stone cold. The bbq chicken burger came out wrong & was replaced quickly but was pathetically small, it was a half a chicken breast flattened & it still didnt cover the bun. There were 2 rashers on it, one was floppy, the other was shrivelled & hard & had clearly been deep fried. The bbq beef burger, again, cold. The patty was small & dry. The 3 onion rings on it were burnt badly, there was a teaspoon of bbq sauce, a lump of cold cheese. The bacon cheeseburger was good, the vegetarian burger was good but could have had better sauce/salad. The cocktails were tasty but would not have been happy paying full price, they were in small tumblers filled with large ice cubes. I would not go back here again, there are so many better options steps away. Whatever about poor service, if your relying on being a cool burger place you have to have good burgers!
Really friendly staff, great service, food arrived quickly and my coeliac friend was really impressed with the gluten free southern fried chicken :)
Food was really fresh and tasty. Had a Dark Mojito cocktail and it was amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending it to friends.
Great service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Great value too, enjoyed our dining experience.
Live in Scotland, made a point of coming into the city to have steamed buns and kimchi fries. Lovely service, great food, great price.
Really enjoyed the food here and it was great value, we were absolutely stuffed! Would definitely come back again :)
Party of 5 of us went on Friday night to Bread and bones, the food was gorgeous! Would definitely recommend giving it a go if you have never been. I personally had the katsu curry and it did not disappoint. The only fault was the service was quite slow took 2 hrs for starters and mains all together so we didnt have time for dessert.
Been here 3 times now, each time it's been as good as the last, food is always spot on ,and service is just as good, can't fault this place at all. Not your usual place to eat but Defo try it.
Had the chicken burger with pulled pork. What a delicious meal. Will absolutely be returning.
Staff very friendly & attentive (not too attentive thank god), food very tasty & quite cheap.
Only negative is we would have loved a break between starters and mains - will say it the next time when ordering.
Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere really enjoyed the whole evening 10/10
Delicious food as always and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. One of my favourite spots in Dublin!
Visited after 5 pm on a weekday evening... extremely quiet... no waiting about food interesting and good.... limited menu.... served with a smile and pleasant conversation. Would visit again without hesitation.
