Great place for casual dining with a lovely atmosphere. The ribs were absolutely delicious! Burgers are huge and very tasty too. Chicken wings a very healthy helping and people that had them said they were excellent. We shared a big bowl of onion rings which were cooked to perfection. The helpings are large so definitely go with an appetite. Highly recommended!

As a restaurant manager, I can see that clearly that place miss something… Food was good, corn bread need to me more fresh but overall good. Good deal with specials But sadly service is bad. Waitstaff polite and bubblying but disorganized. Ask to order and told us that she will be coming but saw the waitress cleaning empty table instead of serving customers… When taking the order the lady (I believe in charge) was laughing while taking the order, that is not professional at all. After repeating the order she told us that we can order on an app next time ? Really ? I am supposed to come in a restaurant and then order on my phone ? Hahha that is not the human services I am excepting in a Restaurant, in that case I will come to a fast food. Learn how to serve and trust me your business will work so much better. Specifically there is so many other places selling burgers, good service is really important. Good luck

Andre, would love to know what restaurant you manage so we can come down and see how perfect you are at your job! Learn how to serve so our business can work? So being packed 6 nights a week for 8 years means it doesn't work? God forbid a venue be short staffed one night! God forbid the staff laugh and have a good time while taking an order, so unprofessional of them! Do you have any idea how many restaurants use QR codes? Haha obviously not!

Most definitely a must try, particularly their fried chicken and buffalo wings however the Ribs are a bit underwhelming and pricey. Overall it is a great experience and very handy for a night out especially if you can't be bothered cooking ribs however they are a bit underwhelming. I would recommend going with a friend, getting a share platter, and then from there branching off into the rest of their menu at further occasions.

It was a nice place, quite at5:15 pm althoughtit was Tuesday. Delicious food, burgers were fantastic and made me full. Encourage everyone to try it

Nice night started well as we weren’t sure about the wine and our lovely server…from Spain….let us try before buying. Speedy delivery of good food on a busy night .

Understaffed on the day, understand this in current day and age as I run my own business. Order was not rite to what we ordered, was starving by time it came out so did not not bother to say much. Only the one lady on the floor doing orders, she was also the only one making drinks and taking payments. The burgers where decent and had no issues with them at all. We ended up with two lots of macaroni cheese loaded fries, defiantly tasty, though we had ordered one of the blue mac buffaloo fries. Was a pitty we did not get a chance to try them.

Ordered on QR code. Kitchen didn’t receive our order. We waited 45 mins and no one checked to see if we were ok. I had to ask when our food was coming as it had been 45 mins and they checked and said there was a delay in receiving our order and they only just received it a few moments ago. All they offered was a free drink. This was Father’s Day so pretty disappointing

The setting was nice and clean . The girl we had serving us forgot our drinks to which we had to remind her 4 times that we were still waiting for them. She seemed like we were a hassle to her . The other lady serving was nice and responded to our enquires with respect and manners . The food was ok

As spectacular as always, a regular spot for us. Food is delicious, staff are lovely and great with the kids. Place is quiet enough you don't want to stab your ears, loud enough that you don't need to worry about your kids making noise.

The serve of chips was smaller then previous times there and the food was a little cooler then normal when it came out. Still love going there though. We were kicked out at 9pm, would be nice if it was open a little later but understand that is a business decision and based on numbers.

The food really does take me back to my time living in the US. Really good jalapeño poppers, great wings and good burgers. The drinks are fun and the staff are happy to be there.

Wings, Burger (Alamo) and Fries were really good! The only issue I had was that the cider was $13 and it came in a can... I thought for that price it would at least be from a tap... Or at least pour it in to the glass before brining it over in the can... but other than that, the food was top notch!

We had the wrong meals sent to the table and then after discussing it with the waiter had to convince him it was for the table next door. The pork loaded Fries would have been good if there was less sauce you couldn’t tast the pork and the chips were soggy. The coleslaw was terrible, it was a mouthful of Mayo instead of salad. We were a bit disappointed as we loved the food when it was at Claremont.

Bad Service. As a party of five we had intended on staying a couple of hours for food and drinks. Negatives: Halfway through eating our meal the guy starting placing chairs on top of the tables next to us(two hours before closing time). My partner was given the wrong order and told that's what she had ordered. They did not have tap beers as advertised. Loaded fries were very average Positives: Burgers were good DON'T COME HERE expecting a pleasant eating experience with friends, they are not setup for it. UBER EATS ONLY.

Our 2nd time to Brooklyn Lounge and it was just as good as the first time. My Mum & I are small eaters but we wanted to try everything so since the platter was the Sunday special and had a lot of what we wanted to try..we dive in. The ribs fell off the bone, the chicken breast had a wonderful crunch to it and the wings were fabulous as was the blue cheese sauce. Obviously we had to take much of it home but that was an added bonus! They were happy to oblige my Mum tweaking her spritzer to make it pink and strained the passion fruit seeds out for her. 🤗

Wow.. what an absolutely ignorant and ridiculous thing to say! with a staff shortage at an all time high in Australia and with 15 THOUSAND hospitality jobs currently needing filling in WA you honestly believe that we are being cheep instead of actively trying to hire staff and doing our best with the skeleton crew that we have. funny how other reviews from that night are 5 star and praising the job the staff did! We look forward to never seeing you again! Have the day that you deserve!
