   The electric was out earlier in the day. Came on at 4. Our reservation was at 5:15. Super slow to get drinks but manager expedited and was nice. Some one mixed up our drink orders. Portions are really big so we ordered based on what we were told. Meatballs and chicken carbonara great. Shrimp pasta way to spicy. Garlic bread was not good. Not sure how bread can not be good. I will not go back. Food is average. Manager very helpful and waitress did her best.

   We enjoyed a fun family dinner celebrating my birthday with our kids and grandkids. The grandkids loved it , especially the colossal sundae. We were all stuffed and had enough leftovers for lunch and dinner the next day.

   Food was great, most importantly. Had to wait for table despite a reservation. Service was super slow. Overall a 2.5 hour dinner as a result. If you are not in a hurry, I highly recommend , based on ambience, food , and value, if a large group. The family style is a nice change up from typical experience.

   Food was really good and it was a good date night for me and my boyfriend. My only problem would be the amount of noise from other customers who were extremely loud to the point where I couldn't hear what anyone was saying.

    It is a fun place to eat. The food is tasty and there is plenty of it. The wait staff is attentive and professional. We are healthy eaters and find their salads and salmon combination wonderful.

    We had an 5pm reservation. They walked us all the way to the back of the restaurant. Hardly any tables were filled at this time and sat us right by a table of 4 who were very loud themselves. There were mats flying around. One of our beers that came out was all foggy and tasted nasty. Sent back. The appetizers were awful and my entree was luke warm at best. Our waitress was ok but it took her forever to come back to our table a couple of times. I have heard great things about this place so I was very let down. Assuming it was just an off night or off moment.

    Everything was fine. The food is always good. It’s hard to have much privacy. It would also have been nice for the server to box up our leftover instead of us having to do it ourselves. The boxes were too small and it made a bit of a mess. The server also did a lot of bussing near us when we were trying to have a private conversation, and that was annoying. But overall it’s good food and a good atmosphere.

    Food was terrible. Pizza was undercooked. Pasta was dry and the flavor was awful. Service was mediocre at best. Will not be returning.

    Went there with family that included a 9 yr old and set of 15 month old twins! Perfect spot for our group to dine The prices are a bit steep….but you have to keep telling yourself…you WILL get a lot of food for the price

    What happened to Buca di Beppo? I will start by saying the few people that we interacted with were friendly. The waitress was polite and did her best. Something just seemed flat. I had not been here in a few years and just remembered it being a very cool/unique experience. This time was just mediocre. To top it off it was Valentine’s Day. When we entered the restaurant, it took several minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were there. Once at our table the disappointment continued. My drink had something black floating in it, and my fork was bent in such a way that it would potentially poke my mouth if I ate with it. The food was not horrible. In fact, I was dreading to see how it would taste based on the experience I had before it came out. But luckily, it was pretty tasty. This gives me hope that maybe if they renovate themselves they can go back to what they used to be. I don’t think I will be returning, but hopefully things will turn up for them.

    We were just having a normal Friday evening dinner here at Buca. It was very good as always! We were sat in a area where there was a big party of younger people that were extremely loud!! They weren’t disrespectful towards us so it wasn’t that upsetting. It was just hard for us to hear each other at our table. Buca is typically a louder dining experience than other restaurants anyway. They just have a lot of larger families or parties that come here to celebrate, and that’s what makes it special!!

    The food was tasty and the waitress was very nice and did a great job. It was the front end manager and the greeting that turned us off. They had previously promised a specific seating arrangement and was not polite or helpful when they did not honor that commitment. Details and commitments are important. Courtesy and tone are key.

    Placed a reservation for. 4:15 dinner. Waitress forgot plates or silverware for our salad until we asked for them. Salad tastes good. Then the mediocre food came out the Alfredo sauce tastes like it came from Walmart. The noodles were so uncooked they were hard to chew. Had to request for water refills as well. Not sure that $130 is worth something my kid could have made better. Not able to recommend anymore. We used to come for special occasions. Not sure that we will even be back now.

    I don’t know what happened to this location. Service was slow, the food was just not right..ordered salmon with no sauce and it was literally swimming with sauce..chicken parm was soggy, looked like it was microwaved and ice cold in the middle. There were so many dirty tables surrounding us..they stayed dirty our entire meal, and as we left we saw dirty table after dirty table. I’ve had so many good experiences with Buca Di Beppo and this location, but this experience was so bad I don’t know if I can ever go back.

    Terrible service- very slow and inattentive. We had to ask for thing s several times before the server brought them. The food took forever, but at least it came out hot. BUT they didn’t bring us plates to eat the food on- when we asked, the server said she’d be right back with them ….queue up more waiting PLUS she also joined a large group of servers singing happy birthday to another party while we waited for plates! We eventually gave up and hunted some plates down at the servers station….brought them back to the table and half of them were dirty! Food had cooled down quite a bit before we were able to eat it in the plates we had to get for ourselves. We asked for a manager- who NEVER showed up. What a huge disappointment!
