Went on a Sunday for lunch. Arrived at 11:30. It was early and not yet crowded. Everything about Buca is outstanding. I must say I’ve NEVER had a bad experience dining here. Big portions that you can share. Must save room for their HUGE brownie sundae! Thank you Buca again and again!

WE so wanted to love this restaurant as much as we did the now closed Buca di Beppo restaurant in NYC Times Square. Sadly it lacked the atmosphere and customer service of its NY partner. The food was good but not as amazing as we've experienced elsewhere. It was not very busy (7pm on a Thursday night) and just felt a bit tired. Our plates were dirty so we sent them back. No apology or concern from staff. Our waitress clearly wanted to be elsewhere .....

They were out of a couple of things like coffee. The pasta with marinara was watery, The waiter forgot to separate the meat from the antipasto salad and had to redo it and the food arrived long before the salad came. The chocolate cake was very good, although it would have been better with coffee

Overall, it was fine. It was the typical good service and atmosphere. The food is really expensive for what it is. Our bill was $255 for just 4 appetizers, 3 entrees and 4 soft drinks. The food is just average but you can also count on this place having availability with no reservation.

The team serving us took excellent care of us. Super friendly servers. They shared the kitchen was operating with staffing shortages, but we did not experience any delays or slowness. The dishes came out in a timely manner, and everything was good. The decor at the restaurant is looking a bit tired, but otherwise we had a great time.

Our server was excellent‼️✨ Five Stars overall! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Food was good as usual but a little disappointed that they ran out of our family favorite “stuff shells!” The room that they sat us in wasn’t full and their was only 1 other family in the beginning. It was really nice being able to enjoy our dinner without crying children around us‼️👍✨ I felt bad for the group that was seated by the screaming crying child. Love children but I work with them and sometimes need a relaxing dinner where parents need to learn to teach their child to behave in public. Had a great time with my 2 daughters and hubby😍‼️✨ Thank you‼️✨👍

We made reservations for Mother's Day dinner and we were seated very promptly. However everybody seem to have forgotten that we were sitting there and waited 45 minutes for a server to come and introduce themselves to us and get us our drinks. I repeat, 45 minutes for somebody to come get us drinks, not even take our orders. Truly unbelievable. On top of that, they did not offer any discounts whatsoever for their lack of service.

We sat in the bar. We had less attention than in other rooms and more noise than on our previous visit, but it was still marvelous.

Birthday. Had a party of 10. We started to order and the server never once advised us that we were ordering way to much food. We ordered several large pasta bowls. And appetizers and 2 large salads. OMG. There was so much food left over. We sent it all home with a local family of 8 and they had 3 more meals with the leftovers. Sad that the server wasn’t focused on what we’re doing. Probably seeing $ signs in his head figuring the tip.
