We showed up for our reservation and were led through a long maze to a table in a corner behind a table full of people. Our waitress was inattentive and more concerned with clearing tables than taking our drink or food order. We got our appetizer (a big bowl of bruschetta), but were not brought any plates so we could actually eat it. We finally got our food and before we’d had time finish she’d brought us a to go box. We just packed up the rest of the food and left. First experience, disappointing.

Went to restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Service and food were spot on. Waiter was courteous, always professional, and had overall great disposition. From the moment of walking in smelling the amazing garlic to devouring the deliciousness of each entree...The experience was perfect! We went home FULL with plenty of leftovers & wonderful memories!

The antipasto salad was very good. We ordered fettuccini Alfredo but it was cold, noodles hard, not enough sauce. Normally I get stuffed shells just wanted to try something different.

We were celebrating my sons birthday the service was terrible on an approximately $400 meal. His birthday was not acknowledged even though we had a cake sitting on the table but the table next to us was nor was he offered the brownie. Next time we will definitely pick somewhere else to celebrate his special day!

We had a coupon and wanted to enjoy a date night before our baby comes. Food was great and we were happy to take home the leftovers! Service was quick and polite. We had a reservation that was set for 6:15, but we had a family situation come up that made us late. I called twice to check in with hostess if we were late, would it be okay(I completely expected for it have to be cancelled or pushed to a much later time since it was a Friday night). We arrived 45 minutes later than our reservation time and they had a table ready. It was very sweet and kind of them to make sure we were still taken care of. This pregnant lady was very happy to be able to eat so quickly! 😂 Thank you for a great date night!

Birthday - made a reservation for the wine room. When we arrived we were seated in a booth near the bar and large party right behind us. The food was delicious and brought out quickly, however, we believe the server must have been having a very bad day until we received our check and then a smile came over her face … for the first time. Borderline rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by being there.

I have been to Buca di Beppo before and I love Italian food. My boyfriend has never been and is not really a fan of Italian food. But we both loved the food and both thought the service was amazing. Our server was Mara and she was so great! She made sure we always had full drinks and was very helpful with the menu and some questions we had! She is an awesome server!

I would probably have a separate area for couples wanting to dine. We and a few other couples were trying to eat and a large group was so loud that me and my husband were not able to hear each other talk. Another couple hurried and finished and left due to the noise

So. Much. Food. Portions are worth the price. They don’t kid when they say how many a dish can feed. We have two full meals as leftovers. And we only ordered two entrees and one kids meal for the four of us! If you want great Italian food in a fairly authentic decorated Italian style restaurant, this is a perfect option. If it’s date night and just the two of you, order just one entree unless you want a full meal for later as well. Drinks are good albeit on the pricey side. If you want Bud light in a bottle, you will be disappointed like the table next to us! Lol! Drink wine!

2 servers couldn't open a bottle of wine. it was taken back to the bartender to open. This was after our server went back 2 time previously to find out what red wine was available because the one we ordered was not available. The salt, pepper, parm cheese was empty on the table. The tables sat after us (with a different server) had their food before ours. The stuffed pasta shells were very salty and dry. It looks like our plate may have been sitting in the kitchen under a heat light or something. The overall experience was not good.

Went for my birthday and had a wonderful time! I used the birthday coupon from my rewards and got a free HUGE Sunday, I split it with my mom and we still took some home. I think I’ll come back every year for my birthday!

I have been going to Buca for years. This by far was the worst experience of all visit. I made reservations on Wednesday for 8. They sat us in the bar in a booth with table pulled up to the side. We didn’t have our on waitress only the bar tender, who btw did a wonderful job. Do better Buca

Haven’t visited in several years. The facility has been very neglected. It appears very old and dirty now. Bathroom was disgusting. The food was ok, not as good as I remember. They were out of lasagna!! Service was but rushed and neglected. Not sure when I will go back. Nothing of this visit was enriching to return.

Waitress was terrible. Had to ask for bread which automatically should be brought out. Overcharged my card. When I ask about it she didn’t know how to fix it had to go get manager. They always seat me at the bar area and it’s always loud in that area.

Server seemed a bit off. Constantly miscounting. We didn’t get bread until 5 minutes before we received our meals. Sat next to a party of 20 people and they were constantly walking in between our table & theirs-mind you that there is no room between each table. Salmon could’ve been cooked longer.

Food was amazing. We had a large party and they only refilled drinks once. Looks a little understaffed but the food made up for it.
