   It was great. We had a late reservation but they didn’t rush us, just let us know what was what and we had a beautiful time! Everything was good.. food and drinks! Will most certainly be returning!

   The paella and the grilled octopus are to die for. The food is expensive but it is worth it. Everything is made fresh and which means some things take longer. They are all worth it in the end though!!

   service was fine, just a little slow. also, was told they were going to switch my friends order since they couldn’t remove the ham/cook without the ham on her original order, but they ended up bringing the dish she couldn’t eat. we were told it didn’t have pork, but server had previously said the ham was cooked into the sauce. my friend doesn’t eat ham for religious purposes! other than that the patatas bravas were good.

    We came to Bulla to celebrate Father’s Day. I made a reservation well over a week in advance. Once we arrived, our waiter was very short with us and told us he was tired and ready to go. We definitely understood, but felt rushed as he told us pretty much most things we would want to order were sold out. He ran down a lengthy list of the out of stock options- which to our happiness, didn’t include Paella. We came for the paella so we were happy to order. He then told us the kitchen wouldn’t make it because they stopped cooking it at 9:30. It was 9:46. And nowhere is it listed that the Pelli cannot be order after a certain time. We left and went to another establishment to eat.

    Overall good, it's a bit pricey for Tapas Spanish cuisine so keep that in mind. We enjoyed our Tapas items more than our Entrée "Paella." I've had better, it had a tomato base to it I didn't care for. They also brought out dirty glasses with our pitcher of Sangria but corrected it.

    Took my husband and some family here for Father's Day. Make sure you park in the correct parking deck. The bathroom is located upstairs, which can be a little hectic with 1 elevator. Atmosphere and decor was beautiful. Staff was super sweet. Sidney was our waitress and did a good job assisting us. I highly reccomend the salmon toast and the steak and eggs on the brunch menu. Passionfruit mimosas were good too. They do only accept debit and credit cards. Overall good experience and would definitely check it out again.

    Our first visit was most likely our last. We took my husband here for Father's Day after eyeing this place for a while and reading all of the good reviews. It's a beautiful restaurant, and has a nice ambience. We were promptly seated but service after that was terrible. It seemed like our waitress had too many tables so getting our order taken, water, etc took forever. Once we finally ordered it did not take too long for our meals to come, except for my husband's which never arrived. After waiting way too long (my kids and I already finished eating), and finally being able to flag down our waitress, we told her that he never received his food. The manager came over shortly thereafter and explained that there was a kitchen error and that we can wait (even longer) for them to prepare his dish. We declined and decided to go somewhere else. We were given a 10% discount on our check, and not charged for his entree. For our time, the inconvenience and frustration, I think the restaurant could have done better on their solution. I understand that this type of thing happens, however it is unacceptable that it took so long for our waitress to come over and check on us to make sure everything was all good. She was no where in sight for close to 45 minutes. The food we did receive wasn't anything special. Definitely not good enough for us to come back and give the place another try.

    Our Server Maria was great, informative and caring. The food was very good, as was the wine selection. It was Father days and they special detail of a sweet to give as well as a 20$ off on a return visit.

    I went to Bulla on this past Saturday for the brunch. Ordered the three course brunch. My starter was salmon on bread. It’s was light and delicious. Second course was the hormon hash made with pork and potatoes. It was good but it lacked color, couldn’t distinguish between the cooked pork, potatoes and carmelized onions which can you a pop of color such as green onions. Lastly, the third course was the blueberry and ricotta pancakes. I found them to be flat and lack the taste of a good pancake. I tried my friend’s French toast and that hit home. The French Toast is definitely the best on the menu for brunch! Would definitely return to have my own plate of fresh French toast!

    Great place to grab some refreshing cocktails and a bite to eat. Parking can be a little challenging but there’s a parking deck. The ambience was great. They have an amazing patio area , perfect for Sunday brunch which I hear is amazing . My favorite was the MONTADITOS- Brisket, tomato marmalade, guindilla, tetilla cheese. #dishwithchris

    The restaurant was perfect in every way. The service was great and food was delicious. The server took time to explain all the menus. Patio dining, indoor dining and bar seating is available. Grilled octopus was our absolute favorite, but everything else we order were amazing as well! Highly recommend for first dates or a get together with your friends or just a night out! Complementary parking is always a plus in Midtown!

    The food was good. The salad is much better than the potatoes with the burger. We all ordered the brunch 3 course meal. My brother is the world’s slowest eater and he was done with his chicken and waffles before our burgers arrived. Had to beg for refills on drinks. They ran out of churros and didn’t tell us - Just subbed the bread pudding. My son ordered flan and got bread pudding. Food just doesn’t taste great when the waitress is too busy to service your table. I had to go find her and hated to interrupt her conversation with another employee. Friendliness is most important in the restaurant biz and they failed miserably in that area. I won’t be back.

    Our group loved our experience here - the food was amazing, service was great and parking was hassle free. Every dish was delicious! We went for brunch and all of us did the fixed price three course meal, which included an appetizer, main and dessert and $3 mimosas. Most of us did the passion fruit mimosas which were refreshing and a nice alternative to the usual OJ. We had salmon montaditos, avocado toast, ham croquettes, the bikini open faced sandwich, eggs Benedict, eggs Bulla, the torrija, blueberry and ricotta pancakes, hazelnut waffles and coconut flan. We were disappointed that they didn't have churros, until our server's recommended replacement of the torrija arrived - it was amazing and we did not miss the churros at all. There were parking instructions when I made the reservation on Open Table, and they validated parking so don't let the Midtown location scare you off. Someone in our party said "we should come here every time we go out!" - it was that good. Looking forward to the next time!

    It's summer time, anything that touches heat will melt so quickly. Our French toast, and waffles immediately sogged to the humidity.

    PROPER G & T NOT SO PROPER The food was good, and the drinks were good...until I found the paper (that sticks to the ceiling I think) from a fruit fly strip IN my drink. I showed our server Kody and he replaced it. Then we were charged for both drinks! We always check the bill, but Kody had us check out early so he could move his car (!) - we had ordered espresso martinis and because the bar was backed up and he was gone, the martinis took an extra long time to receive. We had to leave quickly for our concert, so we didn't see the bill until day after. Even though our experience was mostly good, the foreign object in the drink and then being charged for it, tainted our experience. Also we did not feel prioritized when our server was more interested in getting charged extra for parking than he was in offering good service.

    Bulla has great food and drinks and a fun atmosphere. I'm a big fan of their happy hour where they have many of their dishes and drinks for very reasonable prices. We've been here several times now and each time is a wonderful experience.

    Meals were not presented at the same time. First order served was plopped down in middle of the table and was eaten by all. We assumed is was a complementary taste for the table. We shared our entrees with the one whose lunch we ate. This was not they way we ordered. There were three distinct orders for three people.
