For our savory menu, we offer a lunch and dinner featuring some traditional dishes as well as our signature quiche and chicken salade. Our menu changes seasonally and everything on our menu is house made from scratch daily with our commitment to the highest quality and ingredients. Our full bar offers signature cocktails, Champagne and beer. Delicious three-layer cakes, as well as cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts fill our elegantly designed display case and are served daily. We were seated beside a large table on your porch and their conversation and noise level increased causing our table to be able to continue with a normal conservation level. Please be a little more thoughtful of your regular size parties of 6 or under so all parties can continue to enjoy their time in your place. This experience seemed the larger party needed their own room not in a room with other parties.

It’s a beautiful place to behold. It’s definitely worth visiting to see the decorations and atmosphere. The menu is limited and extremely repetitive. The food is average at best. Cakes are once again “pretty” but average in taste. Service is hit or miss.

I took my daughter and my granddaughters. We had a delightful time. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, the food and drinks were delicious and we had a very sweet server (Beth).

The decor was so gorgeous! Our server was perfect! I ordered the gumbo and it was very underwhelming. It was a strange broth for gumbo, and the description in the menu said it had chicken and sausage, but, the pieces were microscopic. Very disappointing for the price charged for the menu items the food could be MUCH better.

This was probably one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve been to. Even the bathrooms were gorgeous. Service was exemplary. Food was good, if not extraordinary, but there is a fun touch of whimsy to everything, even the fries were dusted with sparkles. For the best value, probably come for drinks and desserts, which were both delicious. Chocolate cake was wonderful and I loved the Petunia punch

Delicious food and excellent service… not to mention the entire place is a photo opportunity. Highly recommend the gumbo and avocado stack topped off with a black swan and the peanut butter chocolate pie.

Came for dinner after holiday shopping. Crazy crowded line to get a dessert to go- for obvious reasons!! Seated quickly. Comfy seating. Delicious airy Cabernet! The frites were cold so we sent them back with no problem. They returned hot and delish! Chicken velvet soup was pure indulgent heaven! Terrible cell service which was a hidden surprise to forced us to be present and not have our faces taking 60000 pics of the gorgeous Christmas decor. The baguettes they serve are as tasty as the desserts! Cake (The Millionaires) was perfection. I bought a container of the glitter so I could try to make my own subpar baked goods look magically sparkly! The service from check in to exiting was top notch! The only downfall was no fault of the restaurant but 2 unmanned children running around like zoo creatures while their moms drank wine and chatted the evening away.

Service was terrible. I don’t know if our waitress was new or if she was just having an off day. She tried to remember our orders but then ended up writing them down. I ordered truffle fries which should have come out ahead of the food. They brought a basket of fries and set them in the middle of the table and then brought the food. We started eating them but when I asked for my mom’s pomme frites, I found out that was what we were eating. The truffle fries came only after I asked about them at the end and we ended up boxing them to go. No effort was made to restore my mom’s fries that we had eaten. We had to ask for aioli to go instead of it being included. I also asked for a lemonade to go with no ice. She brought me a lemonade with ice. For a restaurant that costs so much, service should be impeccable. On this occasion it was not.

This was our first visit to The Cake Bake Shop, but it won’t be our last! We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our waitress was both professional and friendly. The menu was extensive for a restaurant of this type. I ordered the peppermint hot chocolate as a starter. I’m very picky about hot chocolate, and this was the best I’ve ever had! We ordered different meals (soups and sandwiches) and agreed that every bite was perfection. We were so full we couldn’t try dessert, but had to get it to go as everything sounded amazing. And they were! Prices were a little on the high side, but absolutely worth it. I will not hesitate to return and I highly recommend you visit this unique restaurant. As a side note, the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I have never seen decorations anywhere that more perfectly matched the decor and ambiance than these. Stunning!
