   Really great food especially the broccoli and brisket, cocktails were really great too. The waiter was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food and cocktails. Really good experience my wife says it’s her new favorite restaurant!

   I found campfire to be a great place for people to meet and for my wife and I it was for a date. The food was fantastic. The service was great, and I definitely plan on going back again soon!

   This was our second visit as our first experience was really good. Tried to call twice to make a reservation without any answer. Only directed to their website whereas a CC was required to make the reservation. This is upsetting to start your visit like this as it takes you to an open table app which I did not want. Arrival was good, drinks good, atmosphere great as well as both waiters and waitresses are very polite, friendly and considerate. I ordered the chicken (big mistake)as I had the brisket the first visit and it was phenomenal . The chicken was really overcooked and super dry, did not eat most of it. The amazing part was the waiter noticed I did not eat much of it and ask why? I told him it was overcooked and he decided to fully refund my meal. Impressive Customer Service for sure!!!

   Our party of 10 did the pre-set menu and enjoyed every bite of it. The homemade marshmallows for the s’mores dessert were phenomenal. It was a truly memorable experience. The service was excellent and the ambiance in the restaurant could not have been a more perfect setting for our family reunion.

   This was our first time at Campfire and it was a special occasion. All the staff did a great job recognizing our event, including hand-signed cards. The oysters and the broccoli were both delicious and uniquely prepared. I ordered the half lobster, which was disappointing. It was really just 1/2 of a tail, so there were only a few bites. My spouse had the sea bass, which was good but a bit overcooked. We had the s'mores for dessert which were good and an interesting presentation. I would go back and try different items. The service from Sarah and Christine was the best we have had in a long time!

   I don’t have enough superlatives to describe the service in general (Sarah was an excellent server) and Natalia in particular. Natalia was patient, generous, accommodating and warm. She went out of her way to find a suitable seating arrangement and to offer me a wine I might like. She should give lessons in hospitality! The food was delicious and as a life long hummus eater I hesitated about their version of hummus, but it was unusual, unique and extremely tasty. All the food deserve between four to five stars and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

    All of the wait staff were wonderful - and many of them took extra time to explain options that would comply with dietary restrictions and to explain the elements of the dishes they were serving us. All of the food was wonderful. We will be back!

    My friend has a dairy allergy and our wonderful server went through the entire menu with her and offered substitutions where necessary. The food was hands down delicious. They ran out of lobster on Monday night but that just means I have to go back before I leave town

    I just wanted to thank the staff for being so nice and attentive to my family as we celebrated our anniversary. Food is always amazing and the staff just takes it over the top. My son got sick while we were there and they were just so nice about it, wanted to say thank you for that!

    Campfire is a cool and unique experience. Food is consistently outstanding. Service is consistently excellent (although this time service was just ok). That said, this was the best meal of the 6 or so dinners we've had there. The Crudo is fantastic and the Trout was easily the best I've ever had - a truly great dish.     A delightful outdoor spot we didn’t need the heater Food done beautifully Wine list struggle to find Crisp and dry white but they brought samples with great enthusiasm Loved the place as I was the only one having wine - noticed other patrons mostly got mixed drinks - Sauvignon blanc complimented the olives well and a nice Pinot noir went well with the brisket. Octopus was a hit in my group! Our waiter had a great personality!! Very attentive!

    Had a super experience at Campfire for a Mother's Day dinner! It was an extra special occasion because our son was home from the Navy after completing his training and prior to going on his first deployment. We'd been trying for a few weeks to get into Campfire (through Opentable) but kept missing availability. This time I was able to organize a time in advance. We arrived early (hungry) and we enjoyed some drinks from the outside bar window whilst waiting. We got seated inside as expected and then were well looked after by Zach and the team. Drinks and food and the whole evening was great! Campfire was recommended to us by friends and we will be back with them / others in the future :-)

    Really lovely experience. Great campfire atmosphere with camping decor. Excellent service. We came to celebrate Mother’s Day and arrived to a signed card on our table from the entire staff. Ordered the oysters, crudo, brisket, broccoli, and octopus and all dishes were wonderful with complex flavors and textures. Love that everything followed the campfire theme with a charred, smoky taste and flavor. We will definitely be coming back.

    Campfire is one of my favorite restaurants in San Diego county, and great for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, etc. They include a hand-signed card for occasions, and the waitstaff is incredible, particularly Roman, who I request everytime I come in now. The cocktails are not to be missed, so we usually sit at the bar an hour before our table reservation. Outside seating is relatively quiet as well, and they have plenty of heaters to ensure a comfortable dining experience.

    Amazing concept restaurant with impeccable service and amazing unique food! Everything we had was fantastic. The four of us shared plates so we could experience different flavors. Oysters are phenomenal! Also the Wagyu skewers, broccoli, brisket and octopus dos not disappoint. Cocktails were on point and the s’more dessert was fun.     Campfire is in a category of its own. First glance at the menu may result in some questions. But, if you love food, it’s all excellent.
