   This was a fabulous experience. The heated patio and the staff are fantastic. Everyone so happy and helpful. Cocktail and mocktail were delicious. The food was amazing!!! Porridge bread, broccoli and chicken. So much outstanding food, but had to have some s’mores! Wonderful presentation with the hot coals so you roast your homemade marshmallows at the table. Ingenious! Each part so excellently homemade I’m not going to be able to go back to regular ones. Wish I lived closer so I could become a regular!!!

   This was our first visit to Campfire since quarantine. We had a wonderful dinner. We started with the wagyu skewer and oysters. Both delicious and perfectly done. For our entrees we had the brisket and the octopus. As a home cook I know that seafood is easy to screwup. A few seconds can be the difference between perfection an rubber. Both the oysters an the octopus were excellently prepared. It was that best octopus I've had in quite a while. We are just hoping that Campfire brings back brunch.

   We traveled for a date night from San Diego and the servers were very attentive, our waters were never empty, the menu/items were described very well and all of our expectations were exceeded. We got the porridge bread, broccoli (SO GOOD) and ribeye. We were too full to get the smores but we will come back for that.

   Campfire 🔥 is our local go to restaurant. Food is stellar, and always perfectly prepared. Campfire always changes the menu frequently as so not to become stale (almost too frequently as there have been occasions when we go “back” and a dish we like has been updated or removed). Ambience is great, can get a little loud -and on busy nights the service can be slower (not necessarily a bad thing as to enjoy each dish).

   Food was amazing!!! Inventive cocktails and unusual wine list. The overall experience was only marginal because the food was delivered at a rushed pace and the drinks came out slowly. For the price, I enjoy a leisurely meal, not one done in an hour.

   I really have issue with the extra 4% automatically added onto the bill. 16.00 cheapest glass of white wine. The brisket portion was not large. This is why I gave the value only 3 stars. The version of a Cosmopolitan was very small too.

    Everything was delicious except the extremely salty creamed spinach served with the steak. But still highly recommend this place. Such a great experience and ambiance. Menu changes here and there. Broccoli is the best! Love bringing my friends here.

    I cannot imagine a better place to dine except if you're looking for quiet. The food is stellar. The waitstaff is stellar. The waiter was extremely well-versed in the menu and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he made sure to find it. Since we were there celebrating my husband's birthday, the staff presented him with a a birthday card signed by everyone working there. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one of the details that make Campfire a special place. It was our first time there but it won't be our last. Open Table may want to review its value ratings. I'd call Campfire $$$, not $$

    CRAZY 5 star service from everyone from start to finish. Wish I remembered our server's name who looks like Anya Taylor-Joy from Queen's Gambit. (Maybe Victoria?) Anyhow, she was awesome in explaining everything with a smile. The dinner exceeded our expectations. I'm still drooling. And the ambience was hip, barn, industrial-like. Great even for us boomers..... The next time we visit our dear friend in Oceanside, we will definitely be back!

    We ate here for a birthday celebration and really enjoyed the experience. The food is very good, if not a bit pricey, but... overall a great dining experience. Only down side was the noise level. The music was way to loud, hard to hear people speaking, so, people raised their voices in order to be heard. Would I come here again? Yes!

    Campfire is an adventure in every regard, from the decor, to the friendly, knowledgeable staff to the food presentation. The best part is each crafted drink and food dish is a trip to the stars for your taste buds. We and each of our guests are always delighted!

    Lovely place to dress up and not feel overdressed, or to dress casually and not feel out of place. Kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating kitchen helped make for a great date. Get the s’mores, obviously.
