Outstanding value

With the right ingredients, flavors can be as rich, bold, or understated as any brush stroke. Our culinary palette showcases contemporary cuisine, such as a tuna crudo, spinach florentine empanadas, braised short rib mac & cheese, brick-oven pizzas with traditional and unique toppings, and other market-fresh entrees. Our casually sophisticated environment flows from the gallery at Sagamore to an outdoor patio overlooking the pool, providing an ambiance unmatched in South Beach. We create our own work of art, and your dining experience is our Canvas.

We had a great time. The food was amazing, the art is gorgeous, and the pool bar was low-key and relaxed. Such good food, for real. Thank you!

Excellent experience. A nice Palate and very large portions. Loved the Art in the hotel and cool ambiance. Looking forward to come back to Fri Happy Hour with an Art walk with the Hotel curator.
