This is our first time having a bad experience with any Captain Americas, the following being the issues: Half the food came out without the kids food at the start The food wasn't the same high standard (chips were soggy with oil - wings hadn't really any sauce Nachos weren't great We never got cutlery until we were nearly finished Chips and onion rings came out when we were nearly finished the food and I could see the staff walking around with them not knowing who they were for Again we haven't ever had a bad experience in captain americas until this occassion

Disappointing. I was given the most over cooked burger I’ve ever tasted. When we asked for a piece of cutlery, we were told “they had none”. The restaurant wasn’t at full capacity and it took getting up from our seats twice and asking two setstaff members, before we had the piece of cutlery 10 minutes later. The food was of poor quality over all and the service was really bad. There was no staff walking around so our table, along with two others had to go and seek the manager to settle our bills. If this was it on a quiet night, I’d hate to see it on a busy night.

Disappointing, food was good, service was appalling had to ask for numerous things over and over ,asked for bill twice still didn't get it had to go up to counter myself, then bill was wrong and charged 15e service charge, had to go back in for it to be rectified,check your reciepts before leaving.

Our starters were really good but we weren’t even finished them and our mains were already been given to us so no time to digest between courses which is a big no. My mam ordered the chicken tenders that were so crispy the chicken was tasteless and like rubber, my chicken fajitas wasn’t as hot as the should be given the hot plate, the dessert was very nice though along with the starters but as expensive as the restaurant is even though service and staff was good and polite we would not be back to captain America’s unfortunately major let down.

For a family of four, we found the meal extremely expensive. We shared a starter between four, and had a main meal plus three desserts and two alcoholic drinks - one glass of warm sauvignon blanc and one beer. It cost just under 180 euros. For this amount, I would expect food of an extremely high quality, but that was not the case. All four of us felt our food was only mediocre and lacked taste. The service was fine. Will not recommend or return.
