   The staff were very welcoming, pleasant and very well mannered. They looked after our food and drinks. And the service was excellent plenty of time giving between each course. My little daughter loved her food and desert. We will definitely be back again.

   We ordered wings and chips each and a meal for our child.. we got our wings and ten minutes later got our chips.. we had to hand the wings back as we wouldn't start eating them untill we had the chips.. at this stage our child still had no food.. We got no knifes and folks,we had no salt and ketchup.. we also ordered a pitcher or orchard thives we then asked for some ice because it was quiet warm to be told there was no Ice.. have to say I eat there all the time.. but that day was shocking..from the service to even the food when it arrived was not great . Waste of money on that day

   A bit slow on initial service. Food was gorgeous. I believe the men's toilets were disgusting. I didn't venture into the ladies when I heard that.

   Starter Chicken goujons dry and over cooked..went with cheeseburger for main and found the burger slightly over cooked as well..coffee was lukewarm..overall pleasant but nothing spectacular..

    We were there on a quiet Thursday night (not busy at all). Service was very poor. Staff seemed flustered from the moment we arrived (shouting across the restaurant to each other about unclean tables). We had to ask for cutlery twice while our food sat going cold on the table. Our server disappeared (I assume finished their shift and didn't tell us). We waited for the bill but it didn't come. Then asked a random worker who hadn't been serving us if they could get us the bill... and it never came. We eventually got up to leave, and paid via a third random worker when near the door. With all the waiting around, we arrived at 6.30 and didn't leave til about 10.30.

    Was waiting 30 minutes before any waiters came to take our order. When are food came it came with no cutlery and we had to wait a couple of minutes again…my girlfriend came to get a dessert but after waiting with dirty plates on our table and the waiter forgetting that we had asked for it to be brought down about 15 minutes ago.. we just left and went to Krispy Kreme again. Was looking forward to this occasion but the service really let it downs

    Everything was good food as always just that was taking so long for the waitress to come to your table and when they did I never got what I asked they don't make eye contact and you are there waving your hands like an idiot and they are passing by you as you are not there. I was really unhappy with the long waiting to get something to eat and had to remove things that never came to me at the end.

    My daughter had chicken goujons. They were not good, rock hard and inedible. We returned them to the server. She simply took them away, didnt apologise or offer an alternative. I explained that were were going to order a dessert in place of the main course. We were charged for both. Slightly disappointed,normally the food is very good.

    Service is not the best. Stakes were overcooked. When starters arrived there was no cutlery. Had to ask server to bring it. Then table was cleared and main course was served we had now cutlery again. To be honest very disappointed and do not recommend to go there for a mean.

    The person that I was with ordered the spegetti balanigise with a side order of the cheese garlic bread but when we got our food we had to wait a good few mins for the garlic bread and when it got to our table the bottom of it was burnt and so was the cheese

    Food was below par. Kids wouldn't eat their food, which was their favourite type of food, and we came in starving. Soo expensive for food we would never come back for. So disappointing as we used to love the place. Also service was not great. No one checked on us, and no one gave eye contact making it difficult to catch anyone's attention.

    Had a lovely girl serving us , more than helpful. A1* Food wasn't bad we were all starving so anything would of been lapped up, brought are meals first and the kids were waiting another 10 mins which wasn't great.The bill was a bit of a mess aswell charged for extras so check it . Kinda organised chos. Overall OK Thanks

    Just a few things to mention: - We had booked a table for 7pm but arrived way to early (6pm) at the off chance there would be availability. We were told there should be a table free in about 20 mins so we waited at the bar. However we were waiting the full hour in the end. - We were given a kids menu/colour sheet with no crayons - Table was set for two even though we were a group of 4 - We had to try and catch a very busy waiting staff to get more cutlery - Our drinks never came and it was really hard to get the waiter's attention to see where our drinks were because it was quite busy. Eventually they came but well after we were finished our starter. - Took ages to get desert menu. When we asked our waiter for this she said I'll just get your waiter, even though she was the one who originally served us ? - When they brought our 3 deserts we only got 2 spoons and one of those was a dirty teaspoon! When I said to the server oh you've only brought 2 spoons she looked at me like I had 2 heads. I said we need more spoons, she said she'd get them but forgot so my husband had to go and get them himself. - Waiters did not come over voluntarily at any time asking if we needed more drinks, deserts etc.. I don't like being overly nagged but at least once would be nice. My son had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a refill. - Salad mentioned balsamic dressing but I found the salad really greasy. - No chilli left!! - Chicken on the nachos was processed cubes or something not very nice. - Hot Fudge Sundae was quite nice - Burger was good - Chicken Fajitas mediocre, the tortillas had been microwaved I think and were folded over and stuck together, couldn't separate without ripping them. - Toilets are a bit grotty,don't like having to leave and go upstairs. You have to ask for code! I went to the same one a few years ago and really enjoyed it so was a bit disappointed. The matre d who was at the door and took our payment seemed nice. Overall staff seemed tired and stressed.

    Loved the food as always. The staff was very friendly. I have made a mistake while booking and booked it for the wrong time. Staff accommodated and managed to find a space for us despite my mistake. That was very nice of them.

    Overall service was fine, chicken wings were delicious and came in a huge bowl. Very disappointed with our mains though. I got a mixture of Nachos and onion rings. Nachos was just a plate of melted cheese, i love cheese but there was TOO much cheese on this, barely any chili or nachos. By the time I managed to dig up my nachos from under the carpet of cheese, my onion rings had gone freezing cold (they weren't hot to begin, luke warm at best). Cocktails were really nice though but we were left waiting for a long time (We ordered drinks first and our starter had already arrived before our drink did, even though I could my drink sitting on the bar for approx 5 mins before).

    Food cold, chicken dry and hard, to much batter on chicken nuggets. Forgot to bring coffee. Not as described in menu, items missing. Would not go back.
