                                                                  The service was absolutely appalling. Rude staff without any courteous manner. Zero customer service. Table booking was not ready, dirty plates left on the table for over 30 mins, asked for a clean cup and was challenged by a staff member. Wound never return to this restaurant. The food was very tasty, however the service was shocking.

                                                                  we booked a bar seat online at 18.30 pm to have a romantic dinner with my wife, but when we arrived the bar was packed with over 200 people and our seat was gone.Ridiculous. we tried to get a table in restaurant but were told to wait 30 to 45 minutes. we left because we were treated very poorly and Carlton did not even take the time to cancel our reservation. You know already that over 200 people would come that evening and that our seat would be gone, at least have the respect to call us and cancel it. Surely not coming back again. Carlton just want to make money and 200 people is generate more revenue than 2 people. they just dont care.

                                                                  Booked a table for two for myself and my sister after an event. Seated at a lovely table. A soccer match on the TV overhead was not loud and therefore not distracting but volume was enough for others to hear it. Menu choice was brilliant. Food was gorgoeus. We had chicken burger and beef burger and apple pie. Had wine and gin and the bill was excellent value over all. Would most definitely recommend and we will most certainly be back.
