Having heard great things about this restaurant, I was expecting big things but it was average enough. Food was nice but lacked flavour, service was good. Not sure i would rush back.

We have been coming here regularly for the last few months , great spot for weeknight dinner after work. The chicken saltimbocca is delicious , the menu is varied and affordable . Great service and location too .

Decor is lovely. Ordered gluten free carbonara. There were lumps of fat where meat should be, the meat was greasy and salty and burnt. The sauce was extremely salty too. I picked out and ate the pasta but regretted this after because it felt like it was just sitting in a pool of grease in my stomach. My friend had spinach ravioli but there was only a single layer on the plate. We weren't asked how our meal was at any stage. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Reservations were for 1800 - Noise level to loud - we asked for quite table and were seated by the kitchen-staff kept dropping silverware & plates-waitress came by to take our order about 2 minutes after sitting down did not ask if we wanted drinks & gave us a frustrating look when we asked for drinks first.

Carluccio never disappoints when comes to food . Another really nice meal last Saturday . However did find it very noisy sitting on the ground floor compared to upstairs where I had been on previous occasions Otherwise enjoyed the occasion

This restaurant has a separate gluten-free menu, which makes ordering easy and trouble-free. Lovely wine list too. The food is great and the staff are always lovely -- no matter how busy they are. It makes for a wonderful dining experience.

Carluccio's is always a reliable spot: good food & wine, friendly & attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. €9 for a draught beer is on the spendy side, however it's a good-value evening overall. Molto bene!

We had a lovely night. Requested a bright location in the restaurant and the staff ensured we had a window table which was perfect. Food was delicious and the staff very helpful and friendly. I’ve been. Here many times and never disappointed.

The restaurant is nice, the person serving was nice but we were asked to leave the table after less than an hour and a half as they needed the table! The food in general looked good but not the vegetarian ravoli which was absolutely tasteless

Very disappointed food very poor my main was inedible, the place has a feel of a canteen, the tables are too close to each other, the floor was dirty. I have wanting to try here for a whole but won't be returning

Always a popular place. Great food. Booking for 10 of us is always challenging for the kitchen and servers....but they coped well. We were late due to Storm Betty delaying our train by 90min from Belfast due to a tree on the track. Staff were very accommodating letting us shift the time slot by 15 min. We'll be back

We asked for one focaccia starter to share, the waiter brought one huge portion. We were charged for two starters….. We asked for one bottle of sparkling water, we were served two and charged for two!!! You need to stop scamming and concentrate on actually listening to your customers. Very disappointing!! You need to do better Carluccio’s.

Very disappointed with the food, our group have been going to Carluccio's for years and we decided last Saturday would be our last visit. Overcooked and cold food. Calamari tasted like it had been cooked more than once, beyond rubbery. Sad
