Carrabba’s Italian Grill is an Italian Restaurant founded by Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola in Houston, Texas in 1986. Offering authentic Italian cuisine passed down from our founders' family recipes, Carrabba's uses only the best ingredients to prepare fresh, made-to-order dishes cooked to order in a lively exhibition kitchen. Carrabbas in house reservations application does not capture any Open Table reservations. We arrived 10 min before our reservations and ended up waiting over an hour for a table. We were informed to never use Open Table to make a reservation. Carrabbas needs to be removed from Open Table.
