Very friendly and attentive staff who despite being very busy, provided us with great service. Our food was excellent and beautifully presented particularly the lamb belly starter. The location is one of the most picturesque in Dublin (especially when it's dark) as it overlooks the Grand Canal Dock.
Absolutely loved it! Food is top notch!
From the minute myself and my husband walked into the restaurant, I immediately got good vibes. The music, the staffs energy, the environment, the views from the restaurant gave us such a feel good factor and the ideal place to celebrate our anniversary. We had only sat down and we were given a glass of bubbly, this really set the bar for the rest of the dining experience here. The food was exceptional, the staff were so friendly and we couldn't fault the service. I am ready booking my next reservation as I cannot wait to share my dining experience with others. Thank you Charlotte Quay for making our anniversary a special one.
Delicious food. Fantastic cocktails and the service was spot on. Really enjoyed an easy-going meal that ticked all the boxes. Staff are professional and friendly, and really made our evening enjoyable.
The staff so so pleasant really enhances all to do with Charlotte Quay
We were in the outdoor space and the live American Irish girl and two great guys were superb.
The boy helped with our choice of starters to share they were yum thanks so much
One New Yorker has gone home singing your praises and 2 happy Irish people thank you Margaret F
Excellent food and cocktails. Staff were lovely. Would definitely go back.
the food was amazing but for main section, there’s no many options but there are lots of small plates choices
Bella esperienza, staff gentile, prezzo leggermente alto.
World class food in a sublime location with top notch service .
Our second visit there and we were quite disappointed.
I don’t think we will get back there again for a while.
Excellent food and service. It’s our new favourite for Sunday brunch!!
5* Customer Services, Restaurant ambience, food and surroundings excellent. Well done to this team for creating a unique restaurant in unique location.
A culinary amazing experience. It's different than where I usually go, the menu displays a good choice of starters that offers a great variety of choice (I recommend the raw tuna). The plates are very well presented and not overfilled which allowed me to take a starter and a main. Each element composing the dish has it's own characteristic taste which makes the dish so delicious. The panacotta had a herbal taste which was bay leaf, it was so yummy! The service was excellent and it's been a while since I have seen such a dedicated service, where the staff genuinely interact with the guest even when we are not regular. The service team was super professional and patient, they know their product very well and are able to suggest what is the best beverage to accompany the meal. (I really liked the cocktail with Mezcal and cucumber that was suggested)
The atmosphere was good and the view over the grand canal is splendid.
I highly recommend the Charlotte Quay.
Outstanding food and service .. chocolate cremeux dessert was the highlight
Atmosphere is unique in Charlotte Quay. Very good for fine dining experience.
Very blandclashing flavours and expensive food. Would not recommend or go back.
Really excellent, friendly & professional service, and great food. Thank you!
Very nice place and the staff was very kind! The food is a little bit over priced but overall I would recommend it!
Amazing stuff and very thougtful, we were a group of 6 ladies and we stayed there for 3.5 hours and nobody bothered us , on the opposite the stuff was very nice and friendly and of course AMAZING FOOD AND VIEW

Lovely location, great atmosphere and choice of small plates or 3 course meal.
Very nice restaurant with excellent views. Food was exquisite and the service extraordinary. Perfect place for a date
Fantastic food, exceptional service and really nice ambience.
Very friendly staff and good quality food. The option of small plates is a good choice to taste different things from the menu, which is very broad from starter to dessert. The spritz was very good and the coffee was a proper sized espresso :)
From start to finish …… amazing ! Food, The Staff 5✨
Great food but service was poorand no apology for the delay of a hour in getting the starter
Charlotte Quay is going from strength to strength. Always buzzy with great staff, the new menu is sublime bringing an already notable restaurant to the next level.
New menu - Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly, but not intrusive.
Definitely going back again. Location, service and food were all top notch.
Great evening, super food, super service, great atmosphere. Definitley coming back.
Excellent Food and presentation. Quite a variety of menu items. Service was nice, but we shouldn't be left to stack our own plates and set them to the side while we wait for our server. However, we are aware that many business are unstaffed, so we left a nice tip regardless. Server was very kind and knowledgeable, just the one small note towards clearing for the price of the restaurant and food. Beautiful location and easy to find parking in the area. Highly recommend.
Fantastic restaurant in one of the most architecturally modern and beautiful parts of Dublin, overlooking the stunning Marker Hotel and Bord Gais Theatre. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. A stylish and exciting food menu well suited for adventurous eaters. Tantalising cocktail menu, and plenty of upbeat disco and 80s hits to keep your foot tapping. Great choice for parties of any kind.
Great place lovely food and friendly staff. Got free desert
Beautiful spot right on the water. Every dish was artfully crafted and picture perfect— it also tasted just as good as it looked!
