    Every time we go to Las Vegas, we make reservations and have dinner at Chi. The service and food are consistently excellent. We always look forward to our next visit. ❤️

    This was our second time dining here. We enjoyed the food our first time and wanted to go back. Service was excellent. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. Maryanne served us the first time and we were very happy to get her again. She was great and a pleasure to have as our server. We didn’t like the noodles that came with the fried tofu dish the first time we dined here. We told Maryanne and she made recommendations on a softer noodle which made the dish more enjoyable the second time around. We would definitely go back here the next time we visit the Strat hotel.

    Food was good but not great. Ribs had too much sauce. The pot stickers were overcooked. The nap bun was very good.

    Pretty good food and amazing service, but we didn’t realize that it was just mainly food and quick bar items. Would have loved some specialty cocktails.

    There was no host when we arrived, no one checked on us after we started eating, we had to get up after 10 minutes of waiting to ask for our check. Food was just ok. Maybe they were short staffed.

    I got the spicy wontons and oxtail soup. The spicy wonton was salty, flavorless, and not very spicy. The oxtail soup was very salty and flavorless. I took out the oxtail to just eat the meat and even that was very still salty. The waiter checked on me once which I didn’t mind but for others I think if you needed something you’ll be waiting or you’ll have to flag them down. Overall, for the cost of the meal it wasn’t worth it.

    This is not what I am used to experiencing. Everything at the Strat is diminishing and service is becoming poorer. I have been coming here for over 5 years and Chi Asian was my favorite place to eat. This last experience changed my whole perspective on Chi Asian restaurant located in the Strat. It took too long to be seated, the pleasant and welcoming attitude of the front desk representative was missing, the food did not have it’s usual flavor, favorite items were removed from the menu, and too many new items contained pork ingredients.
