Birthday Dinner Celebration. It was amazing
I love Brazilian steakhouses and have eaten at them in different states. This was the worst. The food was not good and the service was awful. The bad thing was I was introducing family members to what I thought was a great experience but I was the one fooled. Will not be back

Love it here; For a Brazilian steakhouse, the variety extends beyond the 14 meats they bring by. The salad bar is varied, as is the drink menu. And the servers are attentive and will bring you things off menu or flag down the gauchos so bring you a particular cut of meat. Chima also has a wall of wine bottles and a classy area for small events.
Great food and service. I prefer Chima over Fogo de Chao.

Took 20 min for server to get my drink order. Didn’t ask how we wanted meat cooked and brought well done until I said something. Had to keep stopping servers in order to get something. Gauchos mostly focused on serving the larger parties. Wasn’t like this the last time I was here but most likely never coming back.
The entire experience was amazing. Our server Michael was both professional and attentive. I highly recommend this place. 👌

It has been a couple of years since the last time I went to Chima. The food was good in quality, great in quantity. Service was very good. No matter what you do you will end paying a lot more than the per-person fee for the rodizio (all-you-can-eat) style system at Chima. My conclusion: it is good but overpriced.

Our waiter was amazing. She constantly checked up on us and asked if we had any meat preferences. She overall made the experience great! Will definitely be back and request her as out waiter again.

Overall the experience was good, we visit very often. This time our server never came to refill our water or drinks. We asked for something that was never brought to us. This is not the first time this has happened, it’s happened this way before. They tell you that two people will be assisting with our needs and service but no one other then the meat servers come around but yet you impose at 18% gratuity as a part of the check. I think you all need to work on making sure you give the 18% services to warrant that mandatory charge.
Service was great. The meat was tender, abundant, and delicious. Would absolutely recommend.
NYE mistake. The meats were subpar. If it weren't for the expensive bottle of wine, this night would have been a bust. The meats had no flavor, mostly overcooked and for the price $75/per person, this was a tremendous waste of money. Salad bar was not what I expected. Will never return.
We had a 5pm reservation on NYE for 6 people. Our server was the most neglectful, inefficient, and incompetent host I’ve ever witnessed. We ordered multiple bar drinks, a high end bottle of wine, and multiple additional items making our check significantly sized. This server cared for and serviced the tables around us diligently and ignored ours for most of the night. She “forgot” about an allergy alert, took 15 minutes to tell my guests that they were out of a beverage (twice), took 25 minutes to bring out a Coca-Cola, didn’t bring out the wine or glasses without being reminded twice, didn’t refill waters ever. Our busser brought the waters. The meat bearers and bussers actually managed our table better than the server did. When the check was requested she rang up some drinks twice, split the bill incorrectly 3 times, and when I eventually told her I’d cover the entire table to avoid further struggle, she came back and said she couldn’t because she didn’t understand. This server was horrible
Was seated in a corner right next to a large party group. We didn't get a lot of attention and was not serviced frequently as before.
Great Brazilian steakhouse! Huge selection of delicious food and drinks. Our server, Amir, did an excellent job and ensured a memorable experience. Restaurant was kid friendly as well!
The only negative point was the hand soap in ladies restroom was empty and you know these days the hygiene is more important than any time.
I will start off by stating the food was excellent. That being said I can’t help but state the service was not just bad but it was almost non existent. Despite plenty of available tables and having a reservation we waited 10 plus minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited at our table for over 15 minutes before a server approached our table. We asked for water and a drink menu. Ten more minutes elapsed we received neither. Then we asked a second time. In fact at one point we had two Gauchos at our table trying to serve us entrees and we did not have plates or even water. Eventually we did get our drinks and plates from a different server after they appeared to switch with our original server. Our water glass was filthy with a milky white substance and one of our forks were bent in such a way that made eating nearly impossible. I would agree that neither a bent fork or dirty glass are worthy of a negative review but the fact that neither of the servers ever made their way back to our table to remedy the situation is the real issue. Eventually we were able to flag down someone to get us our check. I don’t except perfection but I do expect better service than a chili’s during happy hour. Happy birthday to me. Back to Fogo de chao.
My boyfriend and I had our 1 year anniversary here. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Atmosphere was great, sever was attentive, and the food was fantastic. As a bonus, they even provided us with an adorable mini cheesecake for our anniversary.
Food and beverage was outstanding ! I’m assuming they may have been short handed due to service being a bit slow, still a great experience.
It was an amazing experience! The food was fresh, tender and readily available. Our server was very attentive. We were asked when we came in if we were celebrating something, and we were so I mentioned a birthday. I thought they may ask that because they provide a little treat or something, but I guess it was a little part of their customer service small talk because there wasn't any birthday "bonus". It's an amazing place that I definitely recommend others to try.
I will never go back to this place. It wasn’t the cleanest and the service was terrible! Most of the meats were over cooked and had no flavor.

We arrived for our reservation and was seated at the table all the way in the back of the restaurant. What a mistake to have accepted this seating and not wait for somewhere closer to the center. We had 3 types of steak, salmon and lamb chops. We requested from our waitress chicken, shrimp and other cuts of steak. She told the gauchos and as they made their way to our table, the skewers were empty or near empty (3 pieces of chicken for 6 people). This was very frustrating and disappointing and would not have been an issue had there been a feasible amount of options on the salad bar. One trip to there and a patron was maskless and sneezed into his hand and proceeded to serve himself. The waitress and management was pleasant, we received $10 off each dinner listed as a military discount on our bill but 4 of the 6 were actually military. Nevertheless $440 dollars for 6 people having a small plate of meat and rice was disappointing and to see shrimp shells and ribs on other peoples plate on the way out was even more disappointing for a Christmas meal.
Pass this every day before pandemic on way to work and back home, always curious, never tried. So glad we did b/c of last-minute need for reservation on Christmas. Meat lovers, take note, the filet mignon melted in mouth, and more lamb chops for all! Salads and desserts excellent, too. Place was jumping, and no wonder.
As usually, they only bring the lower quality meats around. Never saw filet had to ask for ribeye and shrimp as well as lamb chops but sirloin was always readily available. For the price, this sucks. This is always how it is here and this will have been my last visit.
