Rather indifferent service from the start. Glass of red wine full of sediment. Must have poured the dregs from a nearly empty bottle. Waiter tried to convince me that it happens sometimes. Definitely wouldn’t bother returning.

Lovely food however, slightly disappointed with the service. Ordered an English Breakfast Tea, brought it to the table, then when we asked for milk, they had ran out. Sent the tea back, and miraculously managed to find milk. Not enough waiting staff, and had to wait a long time for any service.

Staff regularly more focussed on resetting tables and tarting things up rather than taking orders. Food good but slow to come out of kitchen.

For the price Chuc’s isn’t anything special in my opinion. Pretty standard affair.

Warm cosy atmosphere. Good fish dishes. Everything tasted fresh and was well made. Friendly attentive staff - good attention to detail.

Service was very slow. They have lots of staff but somehow nobody seem to be in charge making sure customers are looked after.

As always was an amazing experience, service is always the best and staff were super kind and funny. Ambience is always calm and fun, always end up making a new friend 😁.
