Food was very good. Ad the service was exceptional!
Great food great service
Food was great. Limited menu from a food perspective but what we had was great quality! Good service.
Thanksgiving evening we opted for regular menu items but they did have a traditional dinner option. All 5 of our meals were delicious and serving size was plenty. Service was great!
We had a reservation on Thanksgiving Day. Restaurant had the table ready on time and the food was amazing!!! We had several appetizers, the Thanksgiving special and the salmon meal. All were so well prepared and delicious. We will definitely visit City Works on our future visits to Orlando.
Exceeded expectations. Great service and food!
We had excellent service from a friendly server. There was a generous amount of food on the plate and it was tasty. As a sports bar, it was noisy and there were multiple big screens showing various sporting events.
Decent but not great food. Atmosphere fine, service great.
Great Thanksgiving special, service was excellent and drinks were awesome. Had Thanksgiving lunch with our family of 5 including kids and everyone loved it!
Food had a lot of flavor, presentation was very nice and Bryan the server was pleasant and friendly.
My only concern and the reason you got 4 stars is because some of the food sides were cold.
I saw same comments from other guests and it would be a good idea to
Correct the food temperature instead
Of just wanting to know about it.
The food temperature
Dante was phenomenal. The cookie dessert was delicious.
The Kung pao cauliflower was awesome! The service was great, drinks were kept full. My daughter ordered the kids chicken tenders and a side of what we thought was ketchup was with it, my daughter tried it and it was super spicy bbq sauce that looked like ketchup! So that was kind of annoying for her, turned her off of the whole meal. Overall we liked it tho and would go back
We sat on the patio and got to hear live music from the restaurant across the way. Our waitress was great - making sure we had what we needed and not coming over too much. We both had burgers which were cooked perfectly and delicious!
City Works was a pleasant surprise with a large menu & upscale comfortable setting.
City Works offers a nice open atmosphere. Good food and a large selection of beer and other libations. Great service! Restaurant was clean and comfortable.
Great food and drinks; great service.
Some of the food was good. Some not so much. We went for brunch when we had friends in town. The cheesy potatoes would have been amazing if the potatoes were fully cooked. The filet sliders were just ok (2 for $22 they should be better than ok) my friends loved theirs and mine was great as well. Not sure i would spend the money for an ok meal.
Awesome food and service
Chili was delish. Server was very friendly and attentive. This wasn’t our first trip and it won’t be our last. Great place to catch the game.
Our reservation was at 8pm, we checked in at 7:50. The hostess said it would be 15 minutes and she would send a text when the table was open. We went to the bar to have a drink while we waited, thankfully we Found seats and just ate at the bar because I didn’t get a text for our table until 8:40.
That being said, the food was good, for apps we had fried pickles which were good but there were only like 7 chips… dinner was delicious, especially the filet sliders. The bartenders were awesome and there’s lots of beer options.
Waiter was awesome but we had a reservation and still had to wait to get seated
Waiter would not leave us alone. He rushed us … food was good. Would not go back
The food was cold. U can tell it had been sitting waiting. Terrible The chicken was lost in the bun. There was more topping n no chicken.
I would only go as a third coice
Watching football with family. Nice waitress. Good food. Had a nice night. Thanks!
Enjoyed dining outside at City Works & listening to the music at House of Blues. Not every hostess will ask your preference, so you may have to request a table outside.
Everyone in our party agreed the food was great as usual. Nice selection of beers, including some local to Florida.
Our server this time was nice, but not nearly as attentive. Last visit Brian was fantastic! He made sure to keep drinks & water flowing, gave insight into menu items, asked before the bill arrived if anyone was a CM or AP (for discounts) plus he didn't rush us.
This visit we were asked at least 3-4 times by our waitress if we were finished and she could take our plates when we clearly weren't. There was not a queue out front, nor were all of the tables full so not sure what the rush was for.
John our waiter, was great and had a very good positive attitude.
Made an appointment and their
We wanted to watch football on Sunday- was fun waiter was great kept our drinks topped off - not loud so we could sit eat and watch football and have a conversation
Sat outside. It was nice outside people watching and away from interior noise since we had kids.
It was fine. But the hostess did not ask if we had a seating preference - high top, booth, table, inside, outside. She just led us to a high top even though all types of tables were available. Very limited lunch menu.
Salad was very good. However, I ordered the salad with ahi tuna. The tuna was prepared previously and the only option was “seared.” I did not enjoy the tuna.
The restaurant is located across from the House of Blues. We sat outside and were able to enjoy the live music from the House of Blues.
Nice evening out.
Great food and draft beer selections!
We’re locals and have tried all of the restaurants in Disney springs, this place is hands down the best! The food was so flavorful & fresh, we were told that they have a scratch kitchen and they proved it with outstanding quality of food. Our server Dante went above and beyond with his service and attentiveness!
We will be back for sure!!
Great Food, Great Service!
The host team was welcoming and quick to get us seated upon check-in, our table was a little awkward, but not a big deal.
Nat was super friendly and helped with recommendations as we had never visited before.
The food took a little longer than I feel it should have, but the restaurant was busy, and I understand sometimes it happens. My only criticism and it's really just a personal preference - more glaze on the cinnamon bun. :) It's delicious though!
Overall, it was an amazing experience and we will be back!
Great atmosphere to watch a NFL game. Staff was very friendly and brunch was delicious. Would recommend
Food and service were excellent
