The service was absolutely amazing and probably the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant! We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff were so attentive and considerate, along with being intentional about celebrating us! The dessert is TOO DIE FOR! So so amazing! The food was also very good - I only wish the ravioli came with actual shrimp or a little more ravioli, otherwise the pasta was fresh and extremely well made! The noise level was not bad, super nice ambience, was just a little cold so bring a sweater or cardigan! We will definitely be coming back, such an amazing overall experience!

I never been so impressed by a restaurant! We made reservations for my boyfriend’s birthday, and they gave him a picture frame with his favorite football team, and they gave him a free dessert on the house with panthers logo on it! I was so impressed. Excellent food and service, and the prices weren’t too expensive for the food we got. Would 10/10 go again!

We went to celebrate one of our guests and we had a perfect evening at Coletta! Our guest was greeted with a gift bag of goodies tailored to her tastes. Our waitress Zoe was amazing! The food was delicious! As was the atmosphere! We will go again to celebrate other special occasions!

We really wanted to like the place. We went for our anniversary and they put a nice gift bag on the table for us. Our server was polite, but scarce most of the night. We were greeted with menus and suggestions and placed a drink order. We were sitting next to the bar and saw our drinks prepared and watched the ice melt as we waited for our server to re-appear. Several minutes later, watered-down drinks were finally brought to the table. We just smiled and said “thank you”. Appetizers were ordered and eventually came to the table, which were bread-based. Honestly… not a well thought out dish, as it was impossible to cut and had to be picked up at finger-food, but was so overcooked it was like biting into a rock. The $7 focaccia bread was also poorly thought out as it was attempted to be served in layers but was only able to be ripped apart as crumbs. At one point, I dropped my fork and sat for about five minutes without one looking for our server, who was nowhere to be found. We just politely smiled and moved on to dinner. When dinner came, there wasn’t a thought to arrive with Parmesan cheese of pepper, staples in an Italian meal, so we waited for a few minutes for someone to come to the table with them, as our food got cold. At one point, I had dropped my fork and was looking for our server to request another fork… after five minutes, we had to bother a server for a nearby table and ask her for a fork. When our server finally came back to the table, and asked if we wanted dessert, we said “no thank you, just the check please”, so she started to clear the table. Then came back again and asked if we saved room for dessert. Again, we said no thank you. Just the check, please.” She returned with the check, and also politely placed a complimentary “tiramisu-like” dessert in a skinny mason jar. A very nice gesture, but clearly… a dessert. We tried a couple of spoonfuls of it, and agreed, like the rest of the evening’s fare, Collette’s isn’t really true Italian food.

Very considerate and patient service which was appreciated. This was my second time here this week. I was here twice last year and I was a little disappointed in the food. I think since then the food has improved significantly and I look forward to returning. Great service and good food.

We dined here for our anniversary and it was great! Our server was very attentive, the food was delicious, and they even gave us a free little dessert with a “Happy Anniversary” topper! We’ll definitely be back!

Colletta is great for casual Italian dining. The menu offers a variety of dishes in a moderate price range, the food is always deliciously prepared, and the service has always been top notch. House made pastas are our favorites and the pizzas are yummy! Make a reservation, and have a great time!
