   I had the Butter Chicken, very tasty! The accompaniments were adapted to suit allergies. Thank you chef and server. My vegetarian visitor had the risotto and raved about the flavour. You really impressed a foodie!

   food very tasty but portions could be a bit more generous also found it a bit noisy as we had to raise our voices to chat. This was the overall opinion of a table of five. We would eat there again .

   Lovely food and setup ! Disappointing to have been told by the waitress approx 5 mins after finishing the food that we ‘had to’ pay our bill whilst we still had drinks in front of us !

   we arrived and meet a lovely waitress. The menu was very disappointing the only starter on the menu was chicken wings. We asked to see the other menu and we couldn't understand why that wasn't on for a Sunday evening. We ordered 2 portions of wings and in fairness they were lovely. For mains we had 2 butter chicken 1 ribs and 1 Roast of the day. The butter chicken was very spicey where I thought it wouldn't be when it contained the yoghurt. The ribs was just ok the meat didn't fall off the bone. Lady on the roast was very happy. Then we decided to have the dessert we order 3 eton mess and one apple crumble. The eton mess was lovely but a very small amount all 3 of us couldn't get over the portion size. The crumble arrived with no ice cream or custard and we had to ask the waitress for the custard. She arrived with the custard then took the crumble back to the kitchen to add the ice cream. I usually don't give feed back like this but if I didn't say anything you wouldn't know and Mullingar needs some where nice for good food. We hope to return to try out the other menu but usually only go out on a Sunday evening. We had friends in town the same evening and when I send them a photo of the menu they went some where else.

   everything was top class but one minor comment that mysic occasionally was too loud. It was difficult to hear conversation. Otherwise really helpful staff and lovely evening again!!

    Con's is one of my favourite places for weekend brunch. I loved it for lunch when I worked in Mullingar and am delighted to hear that it is opening again for lunch daily. Yesterday, I decided to try the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. I had an americano with it. I also had tea. I found the music a little loud but when I asked for it to be reduced, it happened instantly.

    Lovely welcome and great food. Love the decor - different! Would highly recommend. Music was a little loud but we did sit below a speaker. We didn't mention this to staff.

    Really lovely Sunday afternoon lunch the staff were very much on top of there game and we were asked was everything ok numerous times during our meal! I had roast beef three good slices off beef with all the sides and my wife had the burger that was also really good!! Deserts were really good apart from a banana on my wife’s plate that was covered in salt 😊 but that would have been the only complaint We will definitely return it is great to see a new daytime restaurant opening in Mullingar Well done 👏

    I love going here for the atmosphere. Really enjoyed a night a few weeks ago with a friend where we ate lots of starters rather than the 3 courses and had yymmy cocktails. My main course today was a little disappointing as found Indian curry a little tasteless but dessert was fab! Will def be returning again

    Cons food is so good. Great choice , tasty and everything tastes so fresh and home made. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Fantastic to see the place so busy. I would highly recommend booking in advance if you’re planning food.

    Warm welcome from waiting staff and maitre d. The restaurant is spotless. An unexpected extra person and quick table change was no bother. The food was excellent and changes were made with no fuss. The ladies facilities are beautifully finished and fresh. We will be back soon.

    Burger was really good but the carbonara was very poor and no where close to a carbonara dish. That being said had the butter chicken before and that was excellent. Have a starter and skip dessert as we had a apple crumble and a chocolate brownie and both were very average at a push. Service was good and friendly and the space is really nicely renovated. Music got turned up and when we asked it to be turned back down a touch it wasn’t which was the only flaw in the service.
