   Absolutely love coming here for a date night! Yes, it is on the pricier side but considering the amount of meat you can get makes it worth it! Their Merlot paired great with everything as well. If you visit the salad bar, you simply must try their Brazilian potato salad - the best I've ever had! My favorite thing about this place, beyond great food and service, is the atmosphere. It feels comfortable and nice, fancy in a subtle way.

   Good selection of meats. The salad bar and hot sides left me wanting. Service was acceptable. We had 2 entrees and 1 drink for $150 (after tip and tax). I do not fault restaurants for rising food costs or labor shortages, but I can eat steak for a week at home for $150! It is a difficult situation. All in, it is worth trying at least once.

   Took my wife for a Mother’s Day dinner. Even tho it was a full house, we were seated quickly. The service and food was awesome. Couldn’t be happier!

   Salad bar was good, meat was not the quality that I would expect for the price. We were there for Mother’s Day and a 65th graduation. Was a little disappointed. Would not go back. Very expensive for the quality of food.

    We arrived on time and was told there would be a wait for our table. Understand they had 2 big parties happening at the time. However, with all the emails asking me if I was going to be there or verify, maybe we can get one saying, "Hey we are running behind by 15, 30 min, take your time your reservation is being held, Thank You" . Otherwise the restaurant was exactly as we expected it to be. Wait staff was exceptional, all of them.

    Absolutely amazing! Me and my now wife Decided to host our after wedding dinner here at the restaurant on 4/2/22. I called cowboys earlier the same week distraught because due to covid so many restaurants were doing big parties over 6-8ppl. They assured me they could handle the task. We have been here 2x and loved it and our family never tried it. We were sat seperately as I asked. We had 2 ppl not on our reservation show and they made room. The waiter was super friendly! Talkative! Information! Told a story made all of us laugh. The individuals bringing the food were outstanding. It was busy at 430pm but still not extra noisy. We had an amazing time, food was excellent and everyone wants to return. They sealed the deal on our amazing day FOR SURE!

    I had good/great experiences on previous visits. No so great on this one. I had to walk up and ask someone for a drink. It took a total of 20 minutes before someone came to our table. Received the typical excuse of short staff. The service after we received our drinks was good.

    Over priced and mediocre. Brazilian food is our absolute favorite so we frequent different Brazilian steakhouses, we were super excited to try cowboys after hearing great things but the food was just ok definitely not worth the price.

    Service was slow and the meats came out slowly and most were well done despite them asking us our preference. Water glasses were empty often and server rarely came around even though they weren’t busy. The salad bar was sad. Very few selections. I didn’t find value in the meal as they were missing many items on the salad bar and meats were scare. This place was really good. The last 3 times we have gone it’s just been BAD. $50 per person for about 3 ounces of meat and some cold salads… not worth it all!

    I am a vegetarian and was hesitant to try this restaurant but the salad bar was simply amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by the hot bar included. Greg was a fabulous and very attentive waiter who went out of his was to make my husband’s birthday dinner with friends a memorable evening. The carnivores in our group loved the selections. Everyone left full and happy.
