   I was excited to have the pork chop since Heritage/Berkshire pork is among my favorite foods. I asked for the pork chop to be done medium, but the pork chop brought out was well done. It was very firm and dry. I tried to deal with it and ate a few pieces from the edges, but it was terrible. Unfortunately, during that time, no one came by to ask how everything was. After some time, I was able to finally flag down our server’s helper to get some help with the issue. The first thing I asked was whether I ordered wrong and didn’t know how you cook medium pork chops. He took one look and said it was clearly overcooked and would have the chef make another one. The second pork chop came out cooked properly, but by then I had eaten half my sprouts and was only able to enjoy about half of it. And to make matters worse, I couldn’t take the rest with me because we were going to a show after dinner. Overall, I was very underwhelmed at the lack of attention to detail by the chef and the lack of follow up by the waitstaff after we received our food.

   By far, the best meal I have ever had in my life. While in Vegas, we went back to eat there a 2nd night despite it not being in the plans. While a bit spendy compared to a usual night out, it's worth it in terms of quality of food and its execution. Service was exceptional and involved multiple servers (when we came back the second time, it was like being family). The first night was more low-key and quiet. The second night, a Monday, a convention (or two?) started and the it was jumping/loud but the service held up. [We were told that March was a big convention month; my suggestion would be an earlier dinner if you find yourself there at that time and like a more peaceful dining room.] Dishes are served on a common plate and are easily split. The first night we ordered halibut each but shared a starter and two sides. The second night, we split a 16-oz rib eye steak. They were very accommodating regarding gluten-intolerance. Most items were not a problem, but they happily made a tweak with our appetizer. The second night, we shared a generous dessert. OMG the creamy panne cotta -- with poached pear, a scoop of a mild mocha/chocolate ice cream (best ice cream ever), oat crumble with cooked fruit and a jelly. It was heavenly. DON'T MISS OUT ON A FABULOUS MEAL AND EXPERIENCE.

   We had the best team at Craftsteak!! They took such good care of us! Food was excellent. Drinks were great. We will definitely be back!

   The food was incredible and the waitstaff was top shelf. They did a special dessert presentation for my birthday. Will definitely eat here again.

   Service was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable. Halibut was overcooked (tough and chewy) and all dishes came out barely warm. Bread was AMAZING! Cocktails were great!
