Very slow service. Constantly brought wrong orders to the table. Got our order mixed up- claimed to have under charged me. Then 2 mins later told me I’d ordered 3 of the same food and they would look through the receipt to give me a refund. Reportedly “2 people looking into it right now”. We waited. Never came back. Went up to the counter to ask how the refund was coming, the manager replied “this is the first time I’m hearing about this”. Our 7 yo got his waffles and had finished them before the other 5 people had received any food. They were busy, but even so, the service was very slow. 50mins from ordering to receiving our meals. Save your money.

We are visiting the city. The venue was recommended by our local friends. It was a weekend visit so our friends recommended we book prior as they said it can get busy. Not too cramped, and well presented. Our brunch was well presented and very tasty. We will definitely visit again in the future

Terribly noisy! Why anyone would fit a cafe out with so many shiny hard surfaces and no attempt to deaden the noise level is beyond my comprehension. At least put acoustic tiles on the ceiling. Good coffee and food - terrible atmosphere. We won't be back!

It was our once a mth family breakfast outing an at first a little mixed up , but was sorted quickly an satisfactory . Only down side was very loud .

Was put at a table in high traffic area and it was a table the size for 2 not the 4 people it was book for 2 weeks prior. 2 chairs and 2 stools added to make it 4 made for a very squished and uncomfortable dining experience. The food and drinks were good and I would recommend it for that but not for the dining comfort.

Food was very nice. Making a reservation made it easy to get a table during peak hour. Parking is shocking if the street is full. Was a bit noisy when I went with 3 big tables of more than 5 people. The noise really echoed in the building. Overall the food was good
