Very very dirty. Tables are dirty, menus are all sticky like they aren’t cleaned, seats dirty, floor sticky, bathrooms are disgusting. Toilets clogged floors sticky. They need to do a deep clean and keep a cleaning crew they need to check the bathrooms a lot.

We had a party of 12. Took 40 minutes before we had someone greet us and it took one of us and one of your staff members to let the staff know we had not been greeted at the table. Once drink order was finally placed, it took another 30 minutes before a server came back to take our food order. Server was great. Food came out in 3 waves and by the time the eldest in the party were served, everyone had already finished. Again, we had to ask the staff to tend to us. Manager visited the table one time and no follow up. Not a good experience at all.

Team was great they handled the busy NFL Sunday with a smile raffle and and dj . Great idea. Just minor suggestion. Not to have DJ talking during the game .try to fit it in during commercials. I know he was dj at main big 3 screen. Where we were sitting on other side where interrupted sounds of our game during play All in all it was great atmosphere. Lots of tvs

Despite having a reservation and the dining hall being practically empty. We were told we needed to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated , it took the waitress five minutes to finally acknowledge us. Once we ordered, it took 5 additional minutes for us get water and an additional 20 minutes for us to get our alcoholic drinks. It took the staff over 30 minutes for us to finally get our meal. Once we got our meal, the waitress never bothered to stop by 2 see if we needed any condiments, utensils or offered additional drinks. In fact, my daughter had to get up and grab utensils and napkins from empty tables next to us as we were a party of 5, with only 2 sets of utensils on our table.

I made this reservation at least three weeks in advance, there was no way they couldn’t accommodate me the way I was promised when I called in.. I got there and the person said my two reservations were in different sections after I called and asked if there was a way we could have them together. The manager did not want to work with me at least but after push and shove he finally offered us a private room. Which should’ve been the first go too off the bat. The service was absolutely horrendous. The kitchen messed up orders the entire night. They even double ordered each meal and expected us to pay when we didn’t order double. I have had two parties there and the last time was amazing, I do not know what made yesterday so horrible but I am very very disappointed and will not be recommending anyone to have their party here. I should have been compensated at least some food or something for me having to deal with this on MY birthday.

I called asked if we have to pay for ufc. They said no, and that wasn’t true at all. 25$ per person to watch a fight is ridiculous.

Went for my sons Birthday was such a good time we ordered play and eat deal was unlimited play card with a 1.99- 4.99 meals, great meals at that my group of 15 loved it, such great service , fast pace and delicious fresh food. Thank you for treating me and the kids like family and took care of us the time we were there and service so good we played for hrs best deal they got .

The waitress was so terrible and I had to tip her 20 percent she didn't deserve 1 percent the food was so bomb so that was a plus but it took forever to get out they went around ti take pictures but my father told them the birthday girl was in the restroom and instead of coming back they just took pictures without me. The games were fun there was a dj and the music was very loud but I liked the songs being played. The whole experience was very expensive I spent somewhere between 400 to 500 for a small group of people

Great service. Staff was accommodating of our large party even on a busy Saturday afternoon. My party and I were surprised by the great quality of the food. The restaurant area was tidy. The arcade area was very busy and loud (to be expected) but we were still able to play games and get prompt service for drinks and food.
