A little more work on the ambience, the mucus was good but low level. The rugby was on the TV which was actually great but some minor technical issues. and some of the serving staff a little more polished in their skills. They were perfectly polite and attentive, just more experience/maturity int he skills of the trade. If you could offer (sorry if it already is) samples of your beers to help people choose

Had bottle of non alcoholic beer, asked for second, was told there was none, on leaving saw bottles in fridge near the front door, server never bothered to look in any of the other fridges. Had garlic mayo chips , way too much thick mayo did not eat them. Server was too attentive, practically took the plates while we were still eating, asked every 2 minutes if we were ok and if we wanted anything, could not relax

The food was very tasty and reasonable, the beer was good too. They had games for the kids which mine loved. There was a couple of mix ups on the service side with our order however, the staff dealt with the issues politely and promptly.

Great sourdough pizzas, deal of the day was a pint draft beer and a pizza for €17. Strangely, the App does not give you the beer prices, we had to ask our server. Slightly miffed that although we booked a normal table in the downstairs area, this had been ignored 🙁 and we either had to sit on high stools, or go upstairs to a fairly sterile seating area with no atmosphere, up we went. Beer is cracking and, as it turns out, reasonably priced €5-6.5, but why not publish prices??? Service was friendly and efficient.

I have ate at Dead centre many times the food is lovely. However I would not recommend bottomless brunch there. The service was extremely slow. We had to literally go up to the bar to ask for a refill at one stage . I quietly said we were waiting a while and I was told we had just received refills and proceeded to check the time of our last refill from the bar. Overall not a good experience. Was very disappointed.

We had been looking forward to a visit to Dead Centre Brewing for a long time and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Liam, John & the team were all very friendly & informative about the various beers & the history of the brewery. Teeny Tiny & More West than East were particular favourites. Incredible location alongside the Shannon. Pizzas were great and the wings were amazing. Already looking forward to a return trip. Thanks folks.
