Service was horrible, food kept coming late and cold, drinks were sitting on the counter for a long time before the server finally checked on them and served them to us. And food was below average for the price. Also their best dishes were sold out. One of the worst and overpriced experiences.

My husband and I came here and were just not impressed with the food. I got a Caesar salad but they forgot to put the dressing on the side and it was drenched in dressing, the server was very nice and said he would have a new one out ASAP but after 20 more minutes I told him to just cancel it and I had leftovers at home. My husband had the octopus before dinner which is $30, and it was beyond salty. He liked his main course though, and the guacamole/drinks were great! The cheesecake tastes like sour curdled milk…do not recommend. We wouldn’t come here again after this experience. We paid $160 just for me to eat at home…definitely way too hyped up.

This is a gem in Waikiki. The rooftop has an unobstructed view of Diamond Head where you’re not looking at all the traffic and buildings. It can get super windy, so be prepared for that. But the servers are wonderful and it’s worth a visit.

We visited Deck for brunch while staying at the Queen Kapiolani hotel. We ordered cheeseburger sliders and scrambled eggs for our kids, and my husband and I split the braised beef moco loco. Everything was delicious! I would highly recommend it all, but we especially loved the moco loco. The live music was so good. The musician was very talented and entertaining.

The pictures looked way more appealing than in real life. I got catch of the day and it was pre-cooked before it’s served, so it was stale by the time I got it. Boyfriend got a hamburger and it was pretty good. Overall ambiance is not what pictures presented, so I was a bit disappointed.

Absolutely amazing!! From the moment we were sat to the last bite, Deck lived up to everything we heard about it!!! Amazing staff who are attentive and make you feel welcome (Thank you to Josiah for taking such great care of us!) Then comes the food which is so tasty!! The hostess was very unfriendly and did not allow us to sit in the shade on a larger table. We had reservations. After we were seated Parties of 2 were seated on those tables— for the entire duration of our meal we there were always 2-3 tables open. I am very displeased with our service and will not be dining there again. I will also tell everyone I know how horrible the hostess (the large one, and her name starts with a T) is, and to not to dine there!

Booked for our final dinner on vacation, had requested and hoped for a table with a better view. Our table was in the middle of the space next to the waiter’s station. The table was unsteady and rocked as we ate. Really disappointed. Restaurant overlooks Diamond Head, but not Waikiki. Menu small, Food was good. Waitress was great and busy. I probably would choose somewhere else next time.

We dined here on Sunday morning. The view was beautiful and the food was great. Ali was our server and clearly did not want to be at work that day. We were there for an hour and she never checked on how our food was and we had to flag her down to get a coffee refill and refills on water. If we would be guaranteed a different server we would return.

Deck is the place to go for an early happy hour 2-4pm. Their drinks and food are spot on. Our server, Jordan, was a huge part of our excellent experience. He definitely spreads the Aloha. If you’re looking for a chill vibe and great F&B, look no further!

Jordan was our server and he was great, avacado toast was a bit dry but I added lilikoi dressing which made it much better. Sat in the shade mid afternoon and there was a nice breeze. We are local to to the island and will be back.

This was a great experience start to finish. Cocktails, delicious food (highly recommend the Ahi tacos, Brussel sprouts, and spice island chicken), exceptional service, but especially the ambience. You wouId never know you are in the middle of a city with how they’ve designed the deck overlooking the mountains above the zoo. WouId definitely return!
