    Tomahawk and ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly (medium rare). Ham hock croquettes were delicious and the panacotta was a pleasant dessert to finish the meal off. Cocktails were strong (no cheaping out on the booze). However the server was new, didn't remove our drink glasses so we kept having to make space when he brought food over. Nice guy, but needs to be a little observant.

    Had an absolutely wonderful evening at the restaurant. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Highly recommend the BBQ Ribs! Will definitely be back as i was told there was a menu change happening for Spring.

    My favorite restaurant in Bracknell. I come here for business lunch and dinner. The steaks are always top notch, great selection of wines and cocktails, the staff is friendly and polite, thanks to Paulo and Tiffany for the service! I recommend!

    Date night, ambience was good. Food was good too but I had an issue with the “bread basket” which was for £5.50 but had three small rolls on a tray. At least make the bread basket a “basket” and have double the number of small rolls. It is bread after all.

    We left! We arrived for our table it wasn’t ready for 20 minutes then a rude manager who just left it for his staff to take the brunt of the complains when the staff were helpless in the chaos. Some people waited over 2 hours for food. We gave up waiting for an hour for our starters and went to Nandos! Thank you Nandos for saving Mother’s Day which this restaurant nearly ruined. Needs new management to help guide the young staff and bring order. Oh and their initial compensation proposal was to take off the service charge (laughable considering that is discretionary by law)

    I’m not sure we’re to start.We had a table booked for 3pm,We we’re shown to our table at 3.25.The waitress took our food order once we were seated.After about an hour an half we asked were our food was and was told it would be another 10 minutes,45 minutes later still no food so after a 2hr 45 mins wait we decided to leave. Also at no time we were there was our table cleared of gasses.We cleared it twice ourselves. I have ate at this restaurant before and had no problems,not really sure what went wrong on this occasion!!

    The restaurant was ok. The ambience is its best feature. 1. The reservation fee of £5 per person (£20 in total) wasn't taken off the bill. 2. It took 30 minutes from arrival to first drinks, 1 hour to starters, and overall, it took 2.5 hours for lunch, because of how slow the food service was. Giving credit where it is due though, they took off the bill a few drinks to compensate for the wait time. 3. It was VERY cold there, to the point that some people in the party were eating in coats. 4. The menu is weaker on vegetables and salads

    Mothers Day. The food was good when it arrived, but it took a long time. We arrived at 2pm, but didn’t have the meal (other than the bread and butter) until about 3.40. That’s the main issue. I had to remind them to take off the £30 deposit and got a revised bill. The staff were nice, but it was just a bit slow. I think they may have taken on more bookings than they could realistically cope with.

    Terrible service, very slow and waitresses took the order wrong, and they came with the wrong drinks several times. Food not bad but nothing extraordinary. The restaurant is nice, nicer the ground floor than the first floor, but it was very cold and you don't really feel welcome. They should put more attention into the small details that make the difference, and above all improve the service.

    Booked due to “mother’s day experience” but there was no experience besides a Prosecco and the standard menu. Food took a long time to come and it came out cold. We had to ask where our food was as our toddler was hungry, and there was no acknowledgment of the delay or apologies issued. Staff were unenthusiastic and lacked being proactive.

    We ordered cocktails but they didn't really taste that nice and I had a steak which I asked for medium but it was well done and my friend had pasta but it had no flavour. Unfortunately won't be returning.

    Setting and decor were great. Unfortunately the onion rings were cold and the Tomahawk steak was so tough we took it home for the dog. Dissappointed.

    Extremely overpriced food is medioca. £55 for a tomahawk steak full of fat over cooked £10 at best. £5 for 3 small bread buns. £15 service charge for what picking up a plate walking 2 metres and putting it down. Wont ever visit again or recommend. Macdonalds would have been better value for money

    We were promptly greeted and sat. The dining area was a nice, almost candle lit area with comfortable seats. The food was incredible and great value for money. Service was great although our candle on the table was taken and lit halfway through our meal, other than that it was excellent and will definitely be returning!

    Service was slow initially with waiter/manager was not courteous enough to just stand for a good min or so to hear our request. We were seated by the fire door, it was rather cold than cosy environment, and it looked bad even in the photos with big fire doors in the background. We booked standard seating with a la carte menu but upon arrival we were told abruptly that they is only valentines set menu today and we can only order from that. However, upon request they did allow us to order from a la carte menu and it was rather nice of chef to allow that. Overall food was nice and the waitress who served us was very friendly and polite.

    Went for brunch. Food and service good. Temperature whilst dining was not warm enough. I have an allergy to caffeine and despite asking for a decaf coffee and checking when it was brought to the table, it was very clear to me after leaving the restaurant that it wasn’t which was not good and very disappointing. I would still recommend this restaurant for the food though.

    The food was amazing and the ambience is wonderful! The waitress couldn’t do enough to help and was so polite and charming! We will be back there is a loyalty app for repeat visitors. From posting pictures on Facebook friends have contacted us and asked to meet us there to share the experience! Can’t wait to meet them there for another amazing meal and evening! 🥩 🍷🍸

    Food was amazing staff lovely decor and place is beautiful a little bit expensive but what let it down was how quiet it was in there we went on a Sunday they could pack the place out if they put a Sunday roast dinner on.

    Booked for a friends birthday but the service was awful, food came before our drinks, second round of drinks we had to ask for three times , we were never even shown the dessert menu . The only saving grace was the food was stunning.
