We were a party of 3. Our table was cramped and one of our party were constantly ducking as the waiting staff dealt with the other table to our side. Not conducive for a a relaxed evening out. Staff pleasant but not what we have come to expect in Ireland.

I keep coming back to this amazing restuarant of great food, ambience & efficient service. From the moment you step in you are greeted with such warmth & from there its gets better with the delighful serving of delicious food.

This is an amazing spot. Super upscale vibes, but also casual. All of the food is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Could not recommend it more. We are in Skibbereen for a month, and this is our favorite place.

Food was beautiful, There was only one guy cooking and he seemed under pressure. Our food came in average time but we waited for drinks for 20 minutes after we ordered and the olives we had ordered never arrived. The table next to us seemed to be having the same issues with drinks being forgotten. Would definitely go again just seemed like they were having an off day.

Wonderful spot. Great food. We had lamb flatbread which was incredibly tasty plus salads which were unusual and full of flavour. Desserts are delicious too. Lovely staff. Excellent and unusual wine selection by glass and bottle and to take away. Can’t wait to visit again !

The menu is quite limited but rather good. Bread was marvellous (baked on premises). A solid baseline of pizzas energetically cooked (the kitchen is part of the theatre) in the wood oven. Other mains are well thought out and varied. The wine selection is pretty good and fairly affordable. Puddings good - but no cheese on show. Service, was good and helpful.

We enjoyed a fabulous meal last night at Dillons corner. We shared a pizza to start with fennel sausage and it was fabulous I had the cauliflower dish they was excellent and my husband had the lamb and he said it was the best he had ever had Wine choices were great as well Will defo be back

I have been lucky enough to enjoy lunch, dinner and coffee visits to Dillon's in recent weeks. It is a local favourite of mine. Always greeted with smiles and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The food is outstanding, as is the wine and coffee. A firm favourite! I am enjoying bringing in friends from out of town too, for special occasions. Thanks so much guys X

It is so hard to find a restaurant like this, such a gem & doesn’t conform to tradition. The food was creative, faultless & bursting with flavours. I would happily eat anything off the menu made by the chef. The staff were super friendly & there was a nice relaxed vibe about the place.
