   Everything was good , starters , cocktails and wine , the main course was a bit disappointing ( I ordered steak med-well ) it come rare , sometimes misteaks happens but overall was lovely night .

   Lovely dinner at dolce on Friday night. We started with prosecco and then tried the burrata and caponata. Full of flavour. Then he had the veal and I had the butternut ravioli. Everything tasted really good. We didn't have room for deserts. Lovely staff, great experience.

    Friendly, efficient staff. Cocktails were vibrant and the glass of wine each delicious. Starter & mains were solid fare, presentation didn't have much thought to it. Desserts were both excellent and great to look at. Very obviously chipped plates, visible top edge on both plates, used to serve our mains.

    Very very disappointed in this restaurant, steak was Tough, veg mix cold barely edible. my friend made a simple request to have a scoop of Ice-cream with her desert, simply wouldn't give it to her. Won't be going there ever again

    A delicious meal on a Friday night after work. The staff and service at this restaurant are amazing every time I visit! The drinks and food never disappoint. After our meal, we were kindly given a complimentary dessert by the owner 😋

    Bruschetta Starters were ok, ravioli main was gorgeous, chocolate pistachio mousse dessert ok. It is a nice menu and reasonably priced however food is just average. Regardless I would not return as service was poor. Greeted warmly on arrival however no engagement, chat or smile from either of the staff looking after our table. Each request felt like we were a burden!

    We had to wait a long time after sitting before being asked for drinks order. The food came out quite quickly and was fine. The bruschetta was actually very good. I was surprised no water approached with pepper or Parmesan for my pasta. In general OK but service could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable.

    Really awful experience here. Terrible food, really badly cooked pasta and very very rude service from a male and female waitress. Unapologetic and arrogant when I immediately sent the food back. This used to be a great restaurant but it was clearly gone to the dogs. Super dirty, dusty and broken photographs on the wall and a very unkept and unattended bathroom. Very overpriced pasta, which isn’t good at all. Such as shame and a waste of money. Staff need to be trained in basics such as bringing the wine bottle to the table before pouring the glass (otherwise how does the customer know they’re getting what they asked for?), waitress also carried the glass by the head, where you’re about to put your lips. Basic stuff. Having spoken to a few Italian friends about it, it’s common knowledge that this is a bad restaurant now. Avoid.

    Arrived for a booking x 4. Was told our booking was for 2 and initially accepted as perhaps an error on my part when booking on open table (sometimes it can reset #'s). After much consulting on his walkie talkie ;) , we got a table (the place was not remotely busy for the whole of our meal so then wondered why this #'s thing was an issue). I latter discovered on my mobile, that i had indeed booked for 4 and on leaving, showed my confirmation email/app to same person at the desk in case there was a system problem between them and open table to fix (v. human error) but didn't seem to care atall after all that. The meal was OK (i did really like my risotto and the kids their carbonara) but the review on the veal was only so so. Ok experience given the decent price point for only ok on some of the food items and also the less than warm service. I don't normal write reviews but think the initial arrival experience set this off to a less than perfect customer experience start. The cakes downstairs in the cafe area looked lovely so perhaps great for a coffee/cafe option instead.

    Food very disappointing. For example, there was no sourdough with the mixed cheese & meat platter only toasted sliced pan! The fish in the seafood pasta was not fresh & was overcooked. Plates were cold so food didn’t stay warm.

    Nice food. I love the octopus salad so much that I've got an another one, however I would prefer more food choise like lazagne ect.. The waiters seemed to be a bit tired, we tried to by nice, made a joke, but no smile on their faces. Anyway, I've got nice Martiny margarita and definitely would come back to have the octopus salad again! More food like that and I would come more often! Thank you Dolce Sicily, Silvia

    Amazing food. Tasted exquisitely and all ingredients blended together perfectly. The place was well-decorated and extremely clean. All the servers were lovely, I even managed to spark a conversation with one of them. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

    Lovely Christmas friends get together-booked immediately after being at a different gathering. Excellent value for money in an otherwise crazily overpriced Christmas set menu culture this year. Food was gorgeous-so genuinely Sicilian. Every course was so tasty and beautifully presented. Lovely attentive service. Will definitely be going back and have been recommending to others
