   Faultless experience. Incredible food, excellent service from bubbly staff despite us being the last sitting. Sitting at chefs table was a lovely touch! I hope the pretzel remains a staple on the menu.

   This was my second time having dinner here. The staff remembered me and were so attentive and friendly. The service, food and overall experience was excellent once again. I hope they get a well deserved Michelin Star tomorrow. Dr.Peter Dwyer

   Fab food and great serving staff. Bit hard to hear what they were saying though - perhaps some soft furnishings in the room might help with that?? Def a place for a special occasion as quite pricey but cannot complain about the quality of the food!!

   Fantastic Surprise Tasting menu and relaxed, friendly but impeccable service and nice room. My only constructive feedback would be that there are so many courses that it felt rushed with the next course being presented as soon as the last was completed which takes away somewhat from the experience. I wonder would a smaller number of more substantial courses and more time in between work better. That said it was a really enjoyable experience.

    Halibut fish course was outstanding, sumptuous sauce and a perfect wine paring. I fought the will to lick the plate. Top notch! The salsify and scallop course was a work of art, almost too pretty to eat...almost. The chef's table is an experience; the brigade are symphonic, everyone & everything in the right place, it was a masterclass in focus, very impressive to watch.

    Lovely ambience, very attentive service, particularly nice to have a non alcoholic pairing option as well as the wine pairing. Food was very tasty, well presented and nice portion sizing - left feeling comfortably full.

    The food, wine pairing, and staff were all excellent. There was no difficulty accommodating a pescatarian diet. There were a number of stand out dishes, although each course was delicious.

    A really memorable dining experience. Food looked like a work of art on the plate and every course tasted divine. The team made the whole experience very enjoyable - as if you were their only guests that night. Special shout out to Scott on wines - really new his stuff and recommendations with meal and within budget were on point. Will be dreaming of the Jus with the duck for a while to come, so much so I wanted to lick my plate clean , but resisted. Well done on a top notch re vamp of a beautiful building. A fabulous place to eat out in Dublin City.

    Incredible meal. Was worried they had peaked with the “snacks” but it just kept getting better. Really lovely staff, very calm kitchen, nice atmosphere. Considering it’s still a relatively new restaurant it all felt like a well oiled machine. But most importantly one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. The quality of the food was superb. Can’t wait to go back!
