    Really enjoy visiting earls in almost all the locations in Toronto and Sherway . My only complain which I must mention for other people to watch out for when they book for a group is to check their receipts when they divide and pay for things for table - for eg for a pizza we got charged the full happy hour price 15 dollars or something around person. We were a group of 7 . Now once I noticed that the server refunded us back . But most people don’t check or point it out and just pay . As it is happy hour prices are half off . So please train your servers properly !

    As soon as we approached the hostess stand and gave our reservation the only thing she said to us is that we can't stay past 1.5 hours... weird thing to say as immediately as you walk in when every single table is empty. Food is of the same quality as any other location or similar restaurant. No complaint's. Our waitress quickly came over to our table and got our drink order but shortly after another came by and tried taking our order. When we told her another waitress already took it she just proceeded to complain to us that she didn't know why and that it was her section no one else's. My aperol spritz came half empty with no club soda. Didn't have the heart to tell them. Waited decently long after all food and drinks were done for the waitress to come with our bill. We got charged full price for a happy hour menu and had to wait for a refund. No issues with restaurant. Staff just weren't great and seemed new to hospitality.

    Classic case of Menu trying to please all tastes. Lacked any focus. Some great, Crab cakes. Some very average, roast beef sliders. Over all Meh.

    My mother and I stopped on our way to a concert and it was such a great experience. Our server Oliver was great and attentive, the sushi tacos were to die for, and the half price bottle of wine really sealed the deal. This is by far the best location I’ve been to out of the others. we will definitely be back!
