Always enjoy having dinner here. Kim was our server. And she was fantastic. The bourbon ribeye is wonderful. The truffle fries came out hot and yummy. The sides are generous.

We had the Caesar salad which was very good. The croutons got rave reviews. The grilled romain salad was very good. The burger was just ok. It was not in a patty form. It came in pieces on the bun. Not much flavor. The fries were very good. The king crab and corn bisque was to die for It was creamy with bits of crab and corn. Very flavorful. The Filet De Mar was excellent The steaks were cooked to perfection.

Eddie Merlot's menu and wine list is outstanding. The service is also outstanding. We highly recommend to anyone wanting a the perfect place for a special occasion. They have specials on the right side of the menu that are aways worth trying as they are not items that are on the menu and only are there for a period of time and replaced by other specials not on the menu. We had the Beef Stroganoff - probably the best Stroganoff I have ever eaten anywhere in the world ... I am not kidding. The portions are plentiful and they will provide to go containers that are excellent for reheating your food. We also had the mixed salad which was just the right size. We also had the barbecue shrimp ... really different and highly recommend if you like shrimp and want something different than shrimp cocktail ... BTW, the shrimp was prepared to perfection. And finally, desert ... we had the Banana Foster and Carrot Cake ... both are very large portions. We basically took the Carrot Cake home as it will easily serve four people. If you want a more casual environment and sit in the comfortable chairs then I would suggest requesting the Bar Area. The dining room is more formal but extremely comfortable .. gets down to personal taste ... both are excellent. Highly recommend Eddie Merlot's for any special occasion. You will not be disappointed.

We celebrated our anniversary again this year at EMs. Ordered the Sea Bass and New Orleans Mixed Grill; both prepared and served expertly. Added an appetizer and some sparkling wine. A complimentary desert provided by the server. Reservations honored. We always enjoy this well decorated restaurant.

Celebrating two birthdays - and no better place to do it than Eddie Merlot’s. it’s a beautiful restaurant and from the greeting up front to our excellent waitress, everything was flawless. My husband had steak which he loved and I had the sea bass , which I highly recommend. The sauce looked interesting, but I’m not too adventurous , so I asked for something like a garlic , lemon , butter sauce which the chef made to order & delivered to the table. Great evening!

I ordered the sweet and spicy shrimp appetizer and it was very rubbery. Not sure if it was overcooked or if it had been sitting for a while but it was unpleasant so I chose not to eat it. My server, Simon, was excellent. He offered to have a new order prepared for me to take home when he noticed I wasn’t eating it. I ordered the sea bass with crab and a side of béarnaise sauce. The sauce came on the fish instead. I didn’t send it back because I didn’t want to make extra work for my server. The fish was very bland and I expected it to have more seasoning. My friend ordered the ribeye medium and it came very rare. The outside was seared well but the inside was completely red and bloody. He just ate it that way because again, we didn’t want to be difficult for our server. We also ordered mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese sides. Overall, our experience with the food did not meet expectations at all. All of the sides were very bland and desperately needing seasoning and the entrees were incorrectly prepared. Our service was excellent, but I do not see myself returning because the quality of food does not live up to the price.

Brought my friend in for her birthday and put in the notes of my reservation asking if it were possible to get an app on the table around the time of being seated! Apps were rang in prior to being seated and were very shortly brought out after, and were soooo good! Our server, Kim was amazing and the manager Seth was a delight! We love coming here for our special occasions, if we lived closer by we’d be in more often! Love the environment and the ambiance, overall we always have a great experience here and will definitely be back soon! Thank you Kim and Seth!!!

Service was absolutely horrible. I was sat near the kitchen and it was extremely loud. Our waitress did not know how to describe items on the menu. I ordered a medium steak it came out well done. They attempted to charge me for both the steak they over cooked and they steak they brought out to replace it. The waitress serving the table next to us refilled our drinks. The waitress serving us then became angry at me and would walk by the table, look at the table, notice things I needed and never addressed them. Once she gave me the check I put my card in the book where it poked out where she could see it, she would walk by look at it and ignore it, she did this for 15 minutes. The last thing she did was look at the book with the card and check while walking past, she walked past the table and then came back to the table with a smirk on her face and said "oh can I get that for you?" I was really excited for a fine dinning experience and Eddie Merlot's ruined that for me.
