I had great recommendations for this restaurant, however, it didn't measure up. Maybe because it was New Year's Eve, service was off. I had made a reservation a month before on OT. They didn't have our name and we had confirmed as well. We had planned to spend the evening, but were rushed. There was also a prix fix menu which was not listed anywhere; we were expecting to order off the regular menu. They brought out a beet salad, then immediately after, the soup - clam chowder and a cream of mushroom, both mediocre. We both ordered the beef tenderloin entree, one was cooked medium rare, the other well (although no one ever asked how we wanted it done). Sent the well done back, then it came out raw. When it came back again, it was well done again. The sides were minimal - mashed potatoes and 4 haricots verts. After the entrees were taken away, it seemed quite long before we had to finally ask for our desserts. The ice cream and raspberries were refreshing, the brownie was dense and heavy. We were out in about and hour and fifteen minutes and extremely disappointed.

View was spectaular, food and service did not match the view. Staff was not focused on the customer. When you walk in, there was a sign, all tios need to be in cash.

What a great place to visit in the city. The views are great, the food is delicious and the service is top notch. Bring cash for tips as they don’t allow tips on a credit card transaction.

Un muy buen lugar para comer-cenar en Puerto Vallarta. Planear para estar durante la puesta de sol. Buena atención, mariscos frescos. Los plátanos flameados son un espectáculo durante su preparación.
