   Very average food. The potatoes were quite good but the rest was just fine. Quiet and not busy so if quick and quiet trump good or aesthetic then this place will be fine.

   It was good food and very nice, but booking through OpenTable for brunch, it gives you the option for standard dining or buffet. We chose the standard dining to order from the menu, but when we got there, our waiter told us that weekends were brunch buffet only. It was a lot of money to be our only option, and trying to go somewhere else last minute in downtown Nashville wasn’t an alternative. OpenTable needs to be updated, so people don’t expect to have an option outside of buffet. Also, our waiter was super inattentive and seemed to hate his job.

   The food was delicious! We had the Braised Short Rib and it was top of the line. One recommendation would be to train the waitress a bit more since she had very little knowledge of the drink/wine menu. She said she had recently turned 21 so she was not very familiar. I believe with a little bit more training she would do great.

   Savannah I believe was our servers name and she was awesome. The food was great! We had the whipped ricotta, braised short rib and the chicken Milanese (huge). I wish happy hour deals extended to the tables and not just the bar top!

   The food was amazing! We got the pizette for our appetizer and the gnocchi and braised short rib for our entrees. Everything was incredible. Cutest aesthetic and our waitress was so kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

   The Shrimp Scampi was delicious with a spicy sauce and perfectly done shrimp. Duck papardelle had a very savory sauce, but could have used more duck pieces. I believe I saw only 2 servers for the restaurant, and they did a fantastic job taking care of tables

   Dinner was delicious! It's a small menu, but everything we had was great. Our server was kind and accommodating. The decor was modern and inviting and the noise level was perfect. Quiet enough for a great conversation. We are local & will definitely go again.

   Ein schönes Restaurant, leider waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Der uns platzierende Kellner wollte uns den schlechtesten Tisch im Raum zuweisen, da hätte man eigentlich direkt wieder gehen sollen. Dann war er allerdings doch damit einverstanden, dass wir einen schönen Tisch am Fenster wählten. Wir blieben die einzigen Gäste. Die Kellnerin, die uns bediente, war außergewöhnlich freundlich und sympathisch. Wir wählten als Vorspeise einen sehr guten Kale Caesar Salad, als Hauptgerichte das Springer Mountain Chicken Milanese und die Duck Bolognese Pappardelle - beides sehr gut. Somit insgesamt doch noch ein recht guter Abend in einem leider leeren Restaurant.

    There were positives and negatives. The food and atmosphere were good. Some mistakes were made with our order, which could have been avoided with a simple read-back of what was ordered. Not sure if this is a Nashville thing, but we had a party of 5, however a tip was added to the bill in advance. I'm familiar with the practice, but usually for larger parties only.

    The positive reviews must’ve been written by a good friend. The food was very mediocre. Ambiance also. This is a small hotel restaurant with poor food. The only bright spot was the very nice server.

    Our server was very good. Appetizers were great! We had the pizzette and the whipped ricotta. For entrees we had 2 salmons and 2 chicken milanese. Beautiful presentation on everything. Food was really good. Dessert menu was not impressive. Didn't order any. Ordered wine and they came back and told us they had to go upstairs to get some and it would be a while. It was but, the wine was good as well. Parking was a little crazy but, it is downtown...

    Ella’s is truly a hidden gem that we will visit again. The food and service were both spectacular. My wife and I split our meal between two appetizers and one entree. We had the Roasted Local Beets and the Torn Burrata & Country Prosciutto. The burrata & prosciutto dish was the best appetizer we have ever experienced. Our shared entree was the Branzino. We added the Crispy Potatoes. Both were great. Service was quick and our server, Sabrina was wonderful. We look forward to our next visit. Bravo Ella’s!

    Started with drinks and appetizers at the bar. Appetizers were all delicious, meatballs, whipped ricotta and the pizette. Dinner was equally good. Steak that my friend ordered was prepared perfectly, my salmon was great as were the other entrees my group ordered. Our server was very attentive. A hidden gem in the Hyatt hotel.

    We have begun frequenting Ella’s before shows downtown (and we got to a lot of shows!). The service in the dining area is always excellent. The bar service is iffy. I got there yesterday at 5:50pm and asked to order a drink off the HH menu. HH is 3-6pm (or at least that’s what their website says). The bartender told me HH was over. All I wanted was a glass of wine. She left me with the menu & came back 5 min later (there was only one other person at the bar) and asked if anyone had taken my order. As I had no drink in front of me & she had been there the entire time, obviously no one had served me. The other bartender completely ignored me. My friend arrived shortly after and although the bar was a bit busier and I understand the bartenders are making drinks for tables as well, she had to flag one down to order a drink & then wait to get their attention again to pay. We’ve been there so many times and are just stumped at why the bar staff seem unhelpful but the dining rooms service is excellent. The food is great though & we will continue to go. Hopefully management reads this as service is key. And we all know Nashville is NOT known for it’s service in general

    Great breakfast food-interesting choices. We visited twice and ordered the same items each day-the protein bowl. It was excellent the first day, but the kale and sweet potatoes were a bit under cooked the second day. Great coffee and friendly staff.

    Megan provided outstanding service and we enjoyed our appetizer, entrees, sides, and the coconut cake was amazing! It was a lovely change from the fun but frenzy of nearby Broadway.

    Great Find in Nashville for breakfast. Just a cozy restaurant found within the hotel that serves incredible food. Sunday morning trying to find a great place to eat without a wait is hard so we were excited when we found Ella's on Open Table that took reservations. Menu was simple which makes the food fabulous as the chefs can fine tune everything. All had something different at the recommendation of our server and then shared. Lemon Blueberry pancakes were delicious and no syrup was needed, Orange French Toast was light and fluffy with just the right amount of orange flavor and silkly filling, brisket and kale breakfast bowl was probably the best as the brisket just melted in your mouth and the gravy made the kale delicious. We will all be repeat customers.

    Ella's was a nice surprise and somewhere we will visit more often. Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked perfectly. The shrimp appetizer is must and the black truffle gnocchi is incredible. The insanely large Italian cream cake is so good my husband described it as "alarming." Our server, Savannah, was a delight and added some glitter to the entire experience. Make sure to check out the bathrooms. The wallpaper is amazing.

    What an adorable dining spot! Aaron took great care of us at breakfast. I got the brisket hash and my husband Matt got the smoked salmon bruschetta - which means I also tried it, of course! :) Let’s just say my meal was really good, however I am still dreaming of going back to get what he got as my entree next time. Y’all - it was off the charts good!

    Pre concert dinner. The food and service were excellent. Somewhat limited in selection for wine and cocktails and some unappealing flavors of High Noon but we made selections. The food was beautifully prepared and fantastic!
