Gather around the chef’s counter at estela, while our kitchen team demonstrates how to make ricotta dumplings with mushrooms and pecorino sardo.     The entire experience was stunning. Perfect, relaxed but very nice atmosphere. The food was wonderful from start to finish. Olive, our server was definitely a highlight for both of us. She personally wrote out a very inclusive gluten free menu for my girlfriend and guided her through everything, and was just everything you could hope for in a server. We look forward to returning soon, and would wholeheartedly recommend Estela to friends.
