   Had an amazing meal here. Everything was prepared perfectly. Nice ambience too and excellent cocktails. Red wine flight of four was so so but decent value. I definitely recommend this place for an authentic French menu. Lots of items to come back and try.

   Et Voila meets most every expectation you can have for French Food. "A little more haute cuisine than country French", to quote Jan who is at our table. And away we go! Jan continues and says: "The Garden Salad and the way they combine butter lettuce, my favorite with endive for crunch, and pomegranate seeds for more crunch and flavor, it is just perfect"! Erika says: "I agree with Jan and I really enjoy that we ordered a light white Burgundy pairing it with a salad that has gorgonzola cheese". Mushroom Ravioli. Mushroom Ravioli. No one is speaking. Everyone is thoroughly enjoying! Both Erica and Shirley are looking forward to the Trout and it does not disappoint! Erica says: "it is really crisp and the Fregola Pasta that looks like couscous that comes with it, is very good". Shirley likes the sauce. She says: "It's tomato based".  I think we all love the presentation of the Shrimp with linguini. Dari says it first: "Amazingly flavorful and beautiful presentation". Jan says "delicious". Bob says: "Tasty". Erika agrees. She adds: "I am really impressed with how the shrimp is presented. I am almost excited and I don't even eat shrimp"! We all laugh.  Erika says: the Seasonal Vegetables are surprisingly delicious. I didn't know they could taste that good". "Surely one of the better dishes" Jan chimes in. "Perfectly cooked". Bob adds: "what a nice variety of vegetables all done properly". Jan says: "I really appreciate the service they are giving us. Duck Magret and the Duck Croustillant, a duck breast and duck confit are good. The appetizer is perfectly wrapped and plated. Dessert: I have one word for you: Profiteroles. And let me tell you, they are every bit as good as any I have made, French chefs have made for me or that I have had before. Magnifique! Merci Et Viola!

   Overall the meal was good. Steak au poivre was a slight let down as was the French onion soup. Loved the cheese selection, mussels, beef bourgeon and steak tartare.

   This was one of the best dinner out we have had in awhile! The atmosphere, host and servers were all terrific and the food was beyond incredible!! Every single thing we ate was perfectly seasoned and cook to perfection. The stars were the escargot (not overly garlicky and a nice taste of licorice from the pastis) the scallops was one of the best I’ve had, perfectly cooked and that sauce was amazing and the wine pairing suggestion was on point, the grand mariner soufflé was to die for, so light and airy with that wonderful taste of orange! Obviously we’ll be back and cannot wait to try some other dishes!! Thank you for a wonderful night out!

    Came here for Mother’s Day lunch with a 2yo and 6wk old baby. Actually arrived super late (>30mins) due to traffic coming from Los Angeles. Notified the restaurant and they were super nice and accommodating. The ambience reminded me of a bistro in Paris that my hubby and I went to. Service was friendly without feeling pretentious. Since it was Mother’s Day, they only had the 3-course set menu, which was actually a really good value. I wished this place was in Los Angeles, I would’ve loved to try their beef Bourguignon. All the dishes we ordered were tasty and good portions. Kinda reminded me of L’Ami Jean in Paris, which focused on the quality and taste of the food rather than simply aesthetics. Overall, this is a great bistro to try!

    We had Mother's Day lunch and it was absolutely wonderful. Besides the food being absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable. Our server, Carrie, was very pleasant and answered all of our questions about the menu. We have never been disappointed by the food nor the service. For the quality of the food, the price was very reasonable, especially when compared to other Mother's Day menus.

    The staff was very welcoming and polite, the food was delicious and I highly recommended the escargot appetizer! The food was also served in a timely manner and at perfect temperature- no dish was served cold. I took my mother there to celebrate Mother's Day early and they accommodated the special occasion by greeting her and adding chocolate lettering to the dessert.     One of our favorite restaurants on West coast. Not easy to find the quality and taste of food like this little gem. The place has been our favorite and most consistent we know. Being ex restaurateurs we are very critical but have nothing but the highest regard for this place.

    Wow, a French bistro gem in SoCal! If you are a foodie this menu is a must. The ravioli and duck were unbelievable and the soufflé was done to perfection. Attentive service without being overbearing. Great gob!

    Impeccable as always. We love this spot and look for every opportunity to come here and celebrate and share with friends and family. The food is always amazing. The menu has some longstanding favorites like the tomahawk pork chop but every season they put some new seasonal delights in rotation. Currently they are doing a roasted rabbit that is exceptional. Their cocktail and wine selection is also always great. They have the soufflé back on the menu. If you haven’t had the soufflé here, it is a must try. It isn’t too egg-ie or too sweet.     Always a fun place to visit. Real Parisian bistro feel, informal and unfussy. They have a great wine list, encompassing many varietals and regions with reasonable pricing. The foods on offer are typically very traditional bistro fare, but the portion sizes are double what you’d see in Paris. There’s a bit of needless complexity in some dishes; for example the roasted quail is excellent on it’s own and doesn’t need to be stuffed - the stuffing doesn’t add anything good. The escargots were notably excellent, be sure to save some of the good crunchy bread to sop up the garlic butter. Caviar service is inexpensive and quite nice, with really well made blinis. Desserts are well made, but they’re quite large so you may want to share one. All in all a real treat to visit.
